This shop has done an incredible job not just with bring my dream to reality with this bike but with communication throughout the entire process. Very straight up guys! And I highly recommend this shop to any and everyone looking to have service or performance upgrades done to their motorcycles!

I have now used this shop twice. It is refreshing to get great service and great customer service. They are the real deal and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

I wasn’t going to write a review because I believe people occasionally make mistakes but I have had so many issues with this place that I would NEVER recommend bringing your motorcycle here.

I had brought my motorcycle in to have a tail light replaced, sent me home with the fender not even secured all the way and was rattling! I took it back and they made it right but that’s completely unacceptable to send a motorcycle home with a customer like this.

Second issue, my husbands bike was brought in for a 15k service, and not only were we overcharged (was corrected after brought to their attention) but they didn’t even secure his air cleaner after the service. As you can see in the attached video it was also rattling.

Do you really want people working on your motorcycle who can’t put motorcycles back together? I understand people make mistakes but THIS many mistakes is unacceptable business practice. Do yourself a favor and bring your bike elsewhere.

I called Mr John told him my situation I had with Titian custom with my American suspension kit he got me one ordered and shipped in a timely matter it was on time I Love scooters performance thank you Mr. John I will defitnely be doing more business with scooter performance
