Personally i didnt not like how i was done at scottlynn they got my truck back after we signed a contract i did nothing hauled all my loads and was left without a truck and on top of that they still took the truck payments i asked for a W 9 not a damn peterbuilt it all good u live and u learn i dont recommend this company lies

They rob the carriers they hire. They were supposed to pay us a lay over for having the driver an extra day out and about. We have GPS locations and proof of it all. They owed us $250 Lay Over, $210 Detention, and $150 for Extra Stop. They only paid us $100 for extra stop and then came up with deducting $370 for being late cause of this same extra stop. So they are the biggest thieves I have every seen in this business. Super unprofessional rude staff that makes up stuff to lie to you in your face to rob you of your hard earned money. It’s all good I will be blasting them all over social media and many more places, I hope ruining there reputation was worth the couple bucks they saved with us.

It has been a couple of months since I took a load for this company. I spoke with a rep when they dispatched the load to me. I answered his questions. Not 30 minutes later, another rep calls to ask the same questions. I informed him that I had already spoken with someone and I’m resting while I’m being loaded. That’s when the conversation turned. He got rude, extremely rude. He told me I am going to answer his call, I am going to accept tracking and I’m going to answer whenever they called about the load. Then hung up on me. Then, “reported” me to my dispatcher and I was told they didn’t want me pulling loads for them anymore. Which I was fine with. But for you to try to report me after being rude with me, that was the kicker. I wish I had his name, but I don’t. He sounded like a younger guy. If you pull a load for this company, be aware that you don’t have a choice but to answer calls even when you’re resting. And please don’t say anything or else. Make sure you get names so that you can report them if this particular rep treats you badly like he did me.

Worst company to deal with they do not pay! They lie and give you the run around it’s been over a year and still no pay I have exchanged emails with them and sent over All the info they need and still now pay. Like some of other reviews say please run the other way it’s not worth the headache!

Load 767510, booked with SHANON SOLOTAR for delivery at 4am in morning, per rate con and conversation, Driver arrived at 230am, they told him apt for delivery is at 7pm. She didnt care and did nothing, was avoiding calls and not replying to emails, and end up keeping 2024,300k worth of equipment with a driver as a warehouse for their customer and end up sending "INDUSTRY STANDARD" 250$.

If you need detention you will be ignored.or told there is no detention.expect to not get your detention paid.

Where do I begin. I'm going to keep this short, this is the worst experience I've ever had in the trucking business, I would leave 0 stars if possible. I'm sure some people get lucky and slip through with no problems, but read the reviews, they don't pay on time, and they definitely don't pay detention. I would love to write more but I have a load to pickup. I'm sure that there are some good people who work there, but I didn't deal with any of them unfortunately.

I've just hauled two loads for these fine folks. First was from Stevens point Wisconsin to Laredo Texas and then Laredo Texas to Atlanta Georgia. My experience has been nothing but awesome. First I work with Michael Morrell and then I worked with Jacob Markiewicz. I don't know how other people have had any kind of problems with this but I know what I've done and I performed and these people have been nothing but super nice.
They had asked at our trailer be clean and odor free which is very much certainly understandable but my company, Yulivan Carriers goes above and beyond and we had our truck hand scrubbed and acid washed.

I booked a load with broker named Kenny Pikula. Pick up was fcfs till 5pm. My driver was taking a shower and didnt pick up his phone when Kenny called him to dispatch him and broker cancel a load with me at 11am that day with words that he found empty truck nearby and that option is better for him.
My question is what will happend if I book a load with them and then cancel it 2h before pick up because I found a better load thats ready now for my driver?

Don't ever bother working with these thiefs! If you see freight posted by them, run fast, no matter what they offering you! This scam broker holds my money for several months, after unsuccessfully tried to file a claim, just because they feel like it! The last thing they said they will deduct several hundred dollars from the rate confirmation, regardless the fact, that the carrier has zero fault for the partial freight rejection! They also refuse to pay for 180 extra miles, detention, plus $200 fee for the dealer printout, which was requested by them! We are waiting for the final invoice payment and my lawyer will file a claim against these fraud company!

Christopher Dixon is posting loads 40 miles away and expecting from the drivers to fly! Bad attitude!

I have been working with Scotlynn USA division Inc.brokerage department for the last 6 years and in my trucking industry experience, there is no other freight brokerage company that I could say is better than Scotlyn. Not at all.

Their rate is always fair and usually at the top of the market, their shipping & receiving companies are well established companies & there is always a help available from the booking till the payment of the load you haul for Scotlynn. In short, the company is a credible, reliable & efficient.

I can’t forget the experience I had with Jacob, one of the brokers of Scotlynn, very recently in which he helped me when a load I hauled for him went off track. He was tolerant, respectful and above all caring, a very rare qualities in this industry full of hazel and confusion. He resolved my case to the best possible outcome.

As a carrier, I highly recommend you to haul for Scotlynn as they are one of the best freight company in all metrics.

I book load for friday from Rio Rico Az to newport mi, first time they told the load is not ready, its gonna be ready on Saturday, i drive sat from phx to nogalez, i arived at shipper and they told me the product is not ready and we will be loading on Sunday 10 am. I sleep in nogalez till Sunday, I checked again Sunday 10 am and they told this load is for tuesday so I cancelled right the way, i try to speak with broker bur he was totally confused about this situation, and also rude. Don’t book with this company cause they don’t know that they dealing

This company is shady they like to double broker load and then give every excuse not to pay.
