I started using Scotto‘s Plumbing in 2012 to install a new shower. Throughout the years, now a decade, Scotto’s Plumbing expertise and reliability have been excellent in solving both major and minor plumbing problems. For example, their technicians checked for a dripping problem this December; Tyler and an apprentice readily installed a new faucet in my bathroom.

Very friendly technicians. They worked very hard to get us back to having drains draining and toilets flushing.

These guys are great- figured out my (very odd, very messed up) plumbing issue and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Highly recommend.

Professional and on time however one of the work days a worker unplugged our garage refrigerator and we lost some food in it. Also a sliding glass door was left open over the weekend. Overall a good experience with Nick and his team.

This is an honest plumbing company. Ocy came to the home and provided a firm estimate of repair. He didn't try to upsell. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

I called Sunday for service for a clogged toilet. I was willing to pay the after hours fee as I had injured my back and my son was there to help me. The gentleman who came out was very pleasant but used a good hand towel in the toilet with the vacuum hose. I had thrown down several different towels due to over flow and he assumed it was a rag. Another towel was badly damaged with the machine sitting on it, some black marks that didn’t come out. I will know better in the future to pick up my personal items and ask them to put down a tarp. The clog was not fixed so I called and made arrangements for guys to come out the next day. My son stayed home from work to help during that time. They were very professional and found the problem but sadly a part broke and now I have to replace the toilet. My star selection is difficult to choose as I was disappointed with the tech who came out Sunday and felt I paid an after hours fee for no reason since the problem wasn’t fixed. But the guys who came out Monday made up for it. Otherwise it would have been five stars.

My washer drain backed up. Scotto's identified the problem quickly and resolved it. Fast friendly service without issues.

James and Austin did a great job of doing a total repipe and new water heater. They were professional, polite and talked me through what they were going to do and went on to do the job well.

I had plumber (?) from this company come out and estimate a job for me. It seemed like everything that I requested to be done couldn't be done for some reason or another he finally came up with a proposal however I never received a written or emailed estimate. I was not very impressed and ended up using another company and getting exactly what I wanted/needed done.

I am happy with the price and service. The installers were professional, explained what was needed and that they could start right away if I wanted. I live in a condo, and they very quickly got me the info needed to make the association happy too.
