SCP Distributors LLC, Pompano Beach FL

Not very knowledgeable about parts and have given me the wrong parts in multiple occasions. Today they said they didn't have the parts I called SCP send they told me they have them lol, then come to pick it up wait about 20 mins to go inside and find out it was not released on the gun.come on yall wasted an hour and change of my day with this bs.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Called and asked about a part, was told to come in they would help.walked in and was treated like I was homeless man begging for change. All gave me a cold shoulder and wouldn't help me. Just asked for an account. Explained I called and was basically ignored so I walked out. Extremely unprofessional, ill be taking my business else where.

I waited 20 min to be able to pay for the chlorine I put.
The service team is very lost. Do not know what they are doing

Ran from 096 after owner left a photo of it, framed up as employee of the month. I've been on a train for three years. I can hear it's insane screech and piston like footsteps as it got closer to the train. Only a matter of time before it catches up.

Excellent service and supplies, picked up chlorine at self serve station. Went in, asked what station, paid by credit card and was on my way. First time there and I will always be there customer.

Bussy but always nice people there. It's worth the wait.

Damn thought I could get one of those SCPs here, but i guess pool supplies are good too.
