Really slow front desk, waited in line 30 minutes to pay. Nobody cares that there’s a line of people waiting to pay/get their stuff and go to work

Use the Pool360 app/website or tell your boss to use it to check and see if they have what you need and order it ahead of time so you don’t waste everyone’s time

Honestly this place runs slow as ever. I’m late for most of my client meetings if I ever stop at this place for supplies, literally every time! I’m either waiting 20 minutes to pay for whatever I need, or waiting 30 minutes to get whatever I ordered delivered to the front lobby. When you work for a larger corporate company, they tend to not care.

You need to fix your hours to the time you are actually open. I was there at 4: 20pm and your closed

Very slow front desk, and they have no Knowledge of anything in there warehouse, especially the ladies, go to cape coral better service have look on computer find everything, other employees a couple years ago had better class.

Always have to wait in line a little bit because they are short-staffed. However, the line goes quick and the employees are very thorough and very fast. Would highly recommend creating an account with them if you are a pool service technician or a pressure washer business owner like myself.

Hurry up and wait ia being polite. Make sure you get your receipt and look over it prior to leaving.

330p in the afternoon and no one at the counter for 5 minutes. 6 people in line and finally 1 person shows up at the counter. For such a large company and record profits their customer service is a joke.

This location has very poor management. They could careless how long you wait in line. You’re better off going somewhere else.
