I lived here last year; it was a mixed bag. Some of the neighbors are good people, but the staff and community management team is about as competent and friendly as the harshly cold Canadian winters so many snow birds come here in December to avoid. I would buy here if the HOA wasn’t so nosey and if they planted more trees; that said, it has neither access to the sea, nor any meadows.

Nice place to live, especially if you are on a budget, it's clean, safe and has great amenities.

We moved here as fulltime residents in April of 2012 because we liked the location, the lot rent was reasonable ($607/month which included all yard care, basic cable TV, the sprinkler system, water & sewer and trash collection) the area looked nice and all homes were well maintained. At that time, the owner said the monthly rent would not exceed the percentage increases of Social Security's COLA increases. That owner sold the property and the new owners are often difficult to deal with, do not require home owners to maintain their propriety as well as it was required to be maintained under the old owner and management plus the rent goes up a lot more than inflation or COLA on Social Security every year ($957.33/month as of April 2023 a year to year increase of $74.80/month and no longer includes water & sewer and trash collection which are billed separately by the City of Boynton Beach.) They seem to not know or care that this is a retirement community made up of people over 55 who primarily depend on Social Security as a major part or all of their income. We have the best neighbors ever but we are all upset over the eroding condition of the property maintenance and the ever increasing rents. If it keeps up, pretty soon it will be just another overpriced trailer park. Sad but true.
