Sea Spray Resort, Siesta Key FL

We had over 60 people coming from the Northeast for our wedding on SKB. Gigi at th Sea Spray was AMAZING. So helpful and accommodating to us and our guests. Went the extra mile at all times and made our wedding weekend so much easier for us all. Great rooms and location just added to it all. Our family and friends (dozens of them) kept thanking us for recommending the Sea Spray. Can’t wait to do this again next year! Thanks - Mike and Deb

I absolutely recommend this place. Location is great, the place is nice and cozy, the staff friendly and always happy to help. 3rd time staying here and never regretted. Can’t wait to come back.

This was our 3rd year here for a very nice getaway. Location, location, location. Ate lunch at "The Hub" just down the road and many places to choose from and fun things to do! Oh, did I mention the beach is one block from here? ! The swimming pool is sparkling. This place is a hidden gem! Shhh.don't tell because even the price is right! Management is accommodating and super sweet. Have fun because we sure did!

Very friendly staff and clean room. But for the best part once you park your car you don't have to get back in it until time go home.

Everything is perfect about Seaspray, staff, clean, perfect location! We looked around for somewhere different, changed our minds, why when we love it here everything is Great

Everything about this place is so cool. The staff, clean rooms. This is our go to spot and our 4th time staying here. Gigi is awesome too. Thank you for making it a special weekend!

I can tell you my room (302) was a sauna but not in a good way.we literally had to put a rolled up towel down where the bedroom and the open are. There was spider weds and staining on the sheets.my dad's room (4) had mold in the fridge. My aunt's room (7) reeked of cigarettes. My The pool was more like bath water warm. The owner didn't care about our concerns as customers. I suggest going to an Airbnb or VRBO if you want to stay in the siesta key area

We come every year and have since our kids were born. Bob has made this place feel like our second home. We love how close it is to the village and to the beach access. We love how quiet it is. We love that our kids have grown up coming here year after year and talk about memories of Bob and Sharon like they're a bonus set of grandparents that they come to visit. The hotel itself it wonderful with the location and amenities, but the people that run it make it magical.

This place was a hidden gem. Small walk to beach, less populated than Siesta beach, is you want a quiet place, close to everything, clean place, this is it!

We have come here for about 6 years. It has gone down hill the last year or two. I like the location. Close to the beach, about 10 minutes to the village for restaurants and shopping. They don't seem to be maintaining the rooms and property lije they used to. This was our favorite place to go for a long beach weekend, but not anymore. Staff is friendly but they need to update bathrooms, paint, etc. They still keep it clean, but just needs some maintenance and updating.

I went to this resort with my girl friends for my bachelorette weekend and it did not disappoint. Bob was so friendly and accommodating, he answered all of our questions, and really provided top notch service going above and beyond. Any questions we had he was able to answer and provided us great recommendations for the area. The little townhome style apartment is situated about a 10 minute walk from all the shops, and restaurants. The beach was right across the street which was perfect! There were 6 of us and in the 2 bedroom we were located directly on the pool, that was a fun bonus for us as well having direct access to the pool. We enjoyed that it was a more laid back quiet location. We had a great time and will definitely visit again in the future.

The place is clean and the location is excellent. Nothing fancy but a really cute place. Gigi is amazing and very accommodating. They provide you with beach chairs and carts which is very handy. We will return

You can borrow resort loungers, umbrellas and even a beach shovel for free

GiGi is a wonderful person to deal with, very professional and helpful. We stayed during January 2023, like others have commented it has a comfortable bed to sleep in. The bathroom needs attention; the vent in the ceiling has so much dust covering it that I am surprised it works, toilet lid will not stay up for a male to use, bottom of the shower door gasket is torn allowing water all over the tile floor, (maintenance man checked advised will fix it later)! The kitchen; bowl in the cabinet had dry, hard egg residue stuck in it, bottom of refrigerator has a plastic piece that is loose, oven is dirty, chairs at the table are loud when moving on the tile floor. Be sure to bring sealed containers for your food left out on the shelf, there are small ants all over the place! The living room; couch appears to be new, however, it has several stains on it along with the pillows.
We stayed here due to several high ratings and pleasant booking conversations with GiGi, however, these high ratings are at least 1 year old, newer reviews have a lower ratings to include this one. For $300.00 per night, one would expect a well kept rental, however, this rental needs work.

Lovely, family-run hotel with clean spacious apartments one block from the beach. Bob, the owner, is usually around to share generously insider tips on restaurants and activities. Definitely a place to return to!

Perfect little find across the street from Siesta Key beach (access #10). We stayed in the 1br/1ba sand dollar, unit 8, pet friendly with 2 private enclosed patios. This quaint resort offers a variety of amenities for the price point. Beautiful heated pool, gas grills, beach chairs, carts, free laundry and a little book exchange. Bob, the manager was helpful from the time of booking answering all of my questions about the area and on the day of our arrival called us personally to let us know we could check-in early without charge. The staff including Bob the Manager, Gigi the 'artiste', the painter and the onsite repairman were all super nice and helpful! Can't recommend enough!

Going back for sure a first visit to siesta key and the sea spray made it a beautiful experience.
