We found a perfect condo we were so excited to call our mortgage broker for a pre-approval only to be highly disappointed learning that Sea Towers Association is not approved for VA loans? Conventional and cash only? My husband served our country and this is the thanks he gets, as many other veterans have also served and can not use what they have earned very sad. All condos should be avaliable to veterans. I call this discriminatory.
