A well-run association just across the street from the beach. Wood framed condos as well as duplex triplex fourplex. Lots of work replacing wood and some associations being repainted.

My family and I we just love this place. The weather is always gorgeous, perfect place for de-stress and good rest, it is very calm and green, there are three swimming pools (exterior), small gym with about 10 stations, and there is fairly short walking distance to the wonderful beach which is not over-crowded like lets say Daytona Beach. Excellent destination for families and seniors looking for quiet and peaceful vacations.
