Sea Worthy Fish Bar, Tierra Verde FL

Came here after being ghosted at Smugglers Tavern. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, we only came in for a drink, but we will be back for a meal.food looks great!

Our dinner, drinks and service was excellent. The place a little noisy in the bar area, but that was ok because it made up with the food and service. We recommend the octopus, ceviche, and the gulf shrimp for appetizers and the Branzino dinner. We finished it off with the key lime pie.

What an amazing meal we had! From our grilled Caesar salad to my Octopus and of course, the Key Lime pie…it was excellent! Our waitress, Megan, was great! The bartender mixed my Manhattan perfectly. While dining, we participated in a quick birthday surprise for one of the staff and it was just part of the friendly good feel of the place

I love this hidden gem in Tierra Verde. Super cool beach vibe with a non-trashy, fun ambiance and amazing craft cocktails. Justin is a maestro behind the bar.
All that being said…you’ll stay for the food! On a nice day there’s outdoor seating that overlooks a super cool beach cove.

We were hungry for shrimp and grits so I looked for the closest, our luck was Sea Worthy was a 1/2 mile away.
A little secret I've noted over the years.the more full a "hidden" place is when you step in is a good sign! The locals know and frequent, and there were plenty here, but we were seated quickly.
Our shrimp and grits had Creole kick, and I wish there was more! Key lime was delicious.
Service was exemplary and well worth a stop here with a sunset view to enjoy.

First time dining at this restaurant and pleasantly surprised. Great service and delicious, fresh food. Top of the list to come back and dine here again.

Stopped here for lunch, mostly due to the dog friendly patio and was really positively surprised with the food quality and service. Both the burger and the shrimp & grits were great, and the fries were best we’ve eaten for years. Highly recommended, we’ll be back next time around.
Note that this place is upstairs and not so visible unless you really look.

Excellent food and service. Location is great too. Tostadas were packed with flavor, pork chop was succulent and tender, and the squid ink pasta was delicious. Can't wait to try other dishes.

Fish sandwiches had so many flavors competing that you couldn’t taste the fish. The shrimp and grits were pretty good.

Our server also kept forgetting our orders and several of the dishes came out incorrect and had to be sent back.

Sat on outside deck area which looks rather worn down.

This place did not leave us with any desire to return.

Have been here before, and had a great experience. This time we ordered all the Chef specials -2 different fish specials. Ceviche and appetizers were great, but the main dishes were very bland and not very good. I hope they’re able to fix the inconsistencies then maybe we’ll try again. The word on the street is at that Chef Jason has to be there to be consistently good - that’s hard to sustain. The service was great.

They live to cook and serve! Best quality, best service, gets crowded but they make it work

The food and service is SUPERIOR! The flavors used at this restaurant are so unique. The Ahi tuna bowl was delicious. I’m usually grossed out by whole fish but decided to try some and it was hands down some of the best fish I’ve ever had. The service was awesome - so inviting and friendly. Silvanna was great! Thank you guys for a great experience!

We really loved this place, great food and good service. The golden hour cocktail was lovely. I had the fish special and it was delicious and so were the patatas brava. My husband had the chefs steak and it was great. Portion size was good so no left overs. We finished with the key lime pie which was a good way to round up a nice meal. The service was great as well. We will definitely go back next time we are in Florida.

Whoa, this was an amazing culinary experience! Stumbled upon this place because I was traveling and didn’t have reservations for a restaurant near by I was told to try. But let me tell you am I glad I found this place. First off we were in a family vacation and they were able to accommodate 9 of us, and I have a dairy allergy. They took such good care of me. You know when you see a sauce and you can tell it’s about to be delish? I got the scallop curry and omg it was so tasty.

A friend recommended this restaurant to us when we were visiting. What a great recommendation. Super friendly service and unique menu items round out Sea Worthy. Don't let the strip mall location fool you.sit outside and you get a great view of the water. The salmon egg benedict was incredible. Wish I didn't live over 1,000 miles away or I'd be a regular. Stop here if you get the chance!
