Construction to better the community is a good thing when it’s actively being worked on which is simply not the case here. I really loved this community but will not be resigning as they removed multiple amenities including the gym on one side and demolishing the grill spaces that weren’t in need of replacement. It’s been over 8 months of construction with no real progress. To make matters worse they keep increasing rent despite taking away amenities. In addition to inconveniencing tenants with idle construction they began implementing ridiculous guest parking policies. I assume they took this action because multiple cars were stolen out of both sides of this complex and instead of fixing the walking entrances and gates they decided a good solution was to make tenants register their guests each and every visit even when they’re in designated guest spots. My guess is the theft is due to the lack of security not tenants’ guests coming to visit. People who steal cars typically don’t park in guest parking spots, they are on foot. The only redeeming quality left as far as management goes is their maintenance team, they’re all extremely responsive and friendly faces to see around the community. If their direct maintenance team had anything to do with the construction or security issues rather than some cheap third party I’m sure everything would have been completed several months ago.

This olace is full of mild. They covered it up and tried to tell me it wss totally renovated. Also, it is unsafe. Not gated in the back at Dixie Highway. Anyone comes in and out by foot and car and almost causes head on collisions because it is an Exit only but gates have not been gated. If you move into 3469 c, check behind kitchen cabinets and disgusting tub. There is black mold. Also, new floor has water under it and buckled. I am in the process of suing these clowns. They have 10 days to return every dime of mine. The mold made me physically ill. Nor to mention they enter your apartment without permission. The leasing agent is a smooth talker. Do not trust her. She should be fired.

Great maintenance team. They respond quickly, work neatly and are courteous. The management staff keep the residents up to date on community improvements or problems, cocktail hours and food truck and medical truck visits. The property is well maintained. The repairs to the gym and bbq area in Phase II are taking a long time to complete. Although they will be beautiful and new by the Summer of 2023. I’ve made quite a few friends in the neighborhood. It’s a good mix of young professionals and seniors.

The corporation that owns Seabourn Cove only cares about money. In turn, the management hired is falling short. Rent prices are outrageous for service provided & constant roof leaks. Guest parking is rarely available & security gates constantly have issues.

My parents moved to Seabourne Cove 2 years ago and fell in love with the place. The amenities they offer are incredible with such a friendly staff as well. I love coming to visit them whenever I can!

Do not move here, plain and simple. Overpriced, poor build quality, awful maintenance of amenities and even worse customer service. Security is a joke, the front gates never work for more than a few days and the back gate is always left wide open. They consistently send out emails regarding recent car break-ins but aren’t doing anything to prevent it. Management just wants to overcharge you and take advantage of the market. It wouldn’t be such a big deal if they just took care of the property, but they don’t.

Went in for a tour had an amazing experience! Staff delivered superior service. I toured with Raquel, she was great! Very competent, attentive, and honest with her information. Looking forward to calling this place home.

Had serious mold issue and community management did everything possible to be as cheap as possible to remediate the mold. Didn't fix first time, nor did they fix the 2nd time. Had to spend money out of our own pocket to properly remediate mold. Community management refused to admit it was handled improperly and never reimbursed us. Of course we finally moved.

Amenities are always broken. Gate hasn't worked properly for 2 years. Grills an explosion hazard. Second clubhouse not accessible with fob. Rear gate always open and cars broken into regularly.

Upon move out we were due a small deposit. When contacted to give correct address for the refund a new mysterious bill was sent that conveniently matched the exact amount of our refund.

The new higher lease prices do not match the quality they are advertising.

Beware. They don't care. You are just a number to them.

Two years ago, after looking at 30 different rental properties, I moved into Seabourn Cove. Although it was a little higher priced than other some of the other properties, I fell in love with this community. It is a community with friendly residents, beautiful landscaping, a friendly and helpful office staff and a fantastic maintenance team. The location is exceptional, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.
There is a saying "just because you can, doesn't always mean you should. " This message is for the owners of this community. Just because you can raise our rents 50-60%, doesn't mean you should. Most of us here are on a fixed income and will be forced to move out. Open your hearts and do the right thing. We love it here and don't want to move! Be fair!

It's our fifth year here and my wife and I are very happy here. The location is central to many areas of both Boynton and Delray. The apartments are more than apartments they are houses. We have a full size garage that has a good size area for storage. The facilities have everything you would want, There's a full pool with ample seating with eating area and barbecue. A great place for a family to live in.

I'm giving it a 1 because I've lived here for 9 years and my lease is up in September they sent me my new lease and they increased it over 60% ($1,350) more then I was paying. This is ridiculous I've been here for 9 years and love it here and dont want to move but can't afford the increase. The staff and maintenance are all amazing but to bad corporate doesn't care about good tenants all they care about is getting as much money as possible, security is horrible the gates are always open or broken, the basketball court hasnt worked in months, and many other things I could list that are wrong with seabourn cove since new owners took over. So because of all of that I will have to move. I wouldn't recommend moving here since the new owners took over they have been pushing people out who have lived here for a long time with these ridiculous rent increases. It was never like this so I will be looking for a new place who actually cares about the people who occupy their units.

I’ve lived at Seabourn Cove for over 3 years. It has always been a nice decently safe place, to live with few concerns, back gate broken for months on end, the trash at the dumpster, area, poor smelly dog park. Despited the concerns listed, I was considering renewing my lease. Until this year.they became greedy this year and have decided that an outrageous 37% increase in rent, revenue and loss of tenants is more important to them than keeping loyal tenants who pay rent on time every month even when a lot of us were laid off during the pandemic. It is disheartening and disgusting to see a 1 bed/1 bath apartment being rented to a long term tenant being increased when the world is so expensive and continuing to increase with no increase in local wages. It is now unlivable. New Tenants moving in will end up not renewing their leases and Seabourn Cove will not remain the great place to live.

They don't seem considerate or appreciative of long term tenants and it seemed they really cared about keeping those of us that have been here for a long time. Don't be fooled by the signs you see stating their tenants are awesome, as a way to show we are appreciated, they don't.

As probably the very first original resident of Seabourn Cove. Both phase 1 and phase 2 (2012) I was and continue to be quite pleased with my decision to call Seabourn home. Beautiful landscaping and facilities, great location and very responsive maintenance are excellent. I remain hopeful that I can continue my Residence here as I am most satisfied that my decision to move here from New Jersey was the correct one. -

Beautiful property with beautiful amenities. I actually moved there when I first opened. Only critique is I need to label the buildings and apartments a little better.

The management in the front office is absolutely useless. Their only concern is that they get as much money from their residents as possible. Currently, they are doing exactly that. The campus is not secure as the front gates have been broken since we moved in last June. Our unit was not painted properly before we moved in despite them having an extra few days to prepare. The floors look dirty no matter how much we clean because of the paint spots. What kind of apartment complex doesn’t have reliable painters that know how to use a drop cloth? Cabinets were not fixed properly and don’t sit flush or level. This is just a few of the many issues that plague this place. The company is just happy that they have no units available while rent prices are skyrocketing. What ever happened to companies who actually care about the service they provide? Disappointing.

Terrible customer service. The worst I have ever experienced in 15 years of renting. Management needs to get it together.

Seabourn Cove is one of the best communities in South Florida. It is a calm small neighborhood with professional staff and kind people. I went here for a month to visit family and the pool was just amazing! This neighborhood has amazing scenery. It gives off a great and peaceful vibe!

I’ve been living in Seabourn Cove for almost 7 years now, and I could not of asked for a better place to call home. Property Manager Iana Gueorguieva, is one of the many reasons I’ve made Seabourn my home for as long as I have. She has always been more than helpful and accommodating, and will go out of her way to ensure any and all needs are fulfilled.

Seabourn Cove is a beautiful community with even more beautiful apartments/town homes! I just wanted to write this review really to shed light on the leasing manager Iana G. She has been the best throughout my ENTIRE process, even in my whole life experience when dealing with leasing reps. She has excellent customer service and continuously exceeds my expectations. She got us in there so quick (literally within days), she always gets back to me extremely quickly, she is very compassionate about her job and especially her clients happiness. I feel her warmth and kindness when dealing with her, and I love how genuine she is. Thank you so much Iana for honestly the easiest and best experience when it came down to finding a new place to rent and call home. Especially these days when everywhere costs an arm and a leg and extremely difficult to get into with even worse leasing staff who make you feel like an inconvenience. This was never the case here, she will be there for you every step of the way! We appreciate you always!
