Seacrest Scrub Natural Area reviews
7Great place to walk.exercise.see nature! Its pretty.well maintained.see animals and just a super place to visit.
Great natural area. Lots of tortoise hanging out. I saw a small snake and a few big spiders.
Great place to come with loved ones or even alone. Took a family stroll around the path on a cloudy day. Wasn't the worst. Wish they could add some benches for children and elderly, but I understand they are trying to leave it untouched as much as possible. Was able to see some tortoises and snakes. Overall nice walk? Bring water.
Minimal foot traffic and lots of available parking spots. It is great for a nice walk with a friend or with a kiddo. Not too much to look at or explore, but it is nice to find a place to see some parts of nature while in the middle of a city.
This is a small wilderness park in the middle of a busy area. We ended up walking 2 miles by walking all of the marked trails and also along the border of the park. It’s easy to make your walk as short as you want or a great 2 mile walk. It’s a Natural area so it’s not for dogs or ebikes. It’s an opportunity to walk through oldtime south Florida and get back to nature for a little while. The parking lot is small but there were two spaces available on a Wednesday in December. Most people are here for a short amount of time so if you don’t find parking, just wait for someone to leave.
Great place for a walk or just to sit and enjoy the day. Nice view from the tower.
Nice place to visit, lots of spiders webs on the paths this time of year so watch where you walk
