I just wanna deeply call "HORRIBLE". I had HORRIBLE experience with them.almost 3 weeks everyday i called and every day same response no action.after 3 weeks they said they aren't service to my community anymore.please stay away from them.no service atall. HORRIBLE.

Thank you to the customer service representative who took the time to hear about my irrigation issue. It was resolved within 15 minutes. Thanks for the outstanding service. It’s truly appreciated!

Seacrest is absolutely the WORST HOA company on the planet! Prestwick Chase in PGA National looks like a ghetto. Our entrance way is embarrassing. Easter was this past weekend. We still have Christmas lights dangling on our palm trees, dead poinsettia plants, and no mulch infront of our Prestwick Chase entrance sign. I have emailed Elaine, the property manager at Seacrest, multiple times over the past couple of months about our entrance looking like a disaster. She blames Prestwick Chase’s board members. I have emails from Elaine to prove it. There are leaves all over the place. We have lights by our pool that need replaced and have been out for months. They trimmed the tall palm trees. But not the smaller palm trees that grow nuts and attract the mice & rats. Which will eventually end up in our attics. Then the snakes will be coming around to eat the mice & rats. The middle of January, Seacrest hired Pedro, the maintenance man with 30 years experience. I’m not exactly sure what he is experienced at, but it definitely is not maintenance work. Seacrest just wants your money. Seacrest truly does not care about Prestwick Chase’s appearance and they are not going to care about your development either!

HORRIBLE! Never met such rude people on my life. Thwy made our qualify for resident acceptance I. WATERBERRY a nightmare Refused to answer any question reference their application. Upon arrival al to their west palm beach office they rushed through important inquiries we made after we waited patiently. Especially Ny Few. Horrible person!

New to this management company as I just purchased a home in WPB. So far when I call the person who answers is not pleasant, answers each question with "Mam" at the end as if annoyed and just hoping you hang up. Hope it changes but I doubt it

Terrible company, they provide maintenance for my condo in West Palm Beach FL. The maintenance is second rate, but the bill is always ontime. They will be quick to send you to collections with no notice if your one day late. Good luck getting someone on the phone.

Absolutely the worst maintenance+can't even paint a door. Management isn't. Doesn't even attempt to save money. I thought I would update this post. We have an aluminum door whose screws needed to be tightened. This requires being taken down and squared up. Seacrest's solution was to glue 3/4 inch weather stripping to the edges to close the gap. The other aluminum doors they repaired with steel straps. Maintenance is not there thing lawn mowing is. An I've included a new pic. They were asked to put some safety tape on a bike rack. They just tore the end instead of going 50 feet away to the office to get a cutter. Looks great HUH.

Driver of Seacrest services inc almost causec a multiple car accident on Australian ave by not using his signals and cutting off 3 cars and not waiting at the red light. It would of been a disaster specially me having my kids in the car. Careless driving and not caring for the safety of others.

I am the president of the Norwich C Condo Association since April 2009.

On May 1,2010 the Association entered into a management contract with Seacrest Services Inc. This contract was renewed on January 1,2015 and terminates December 31,2019.

Through to date, Seacrest Services has executed their obligations under the contract in a highly satisfactory manner and I hope that they will continue in the same manner through the termination date of the contract. Obviously this is a direct reflection on the Seacrest Services employees servicing the Norwich C Condo Association, such as Sauna Sauls and Lenny Thompson, just to name a few and the top management. The Seacrest Services employees which I personally have direct communications and experience with, almost daily, namely Andy Rosen and Traci B. Powell, are extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields; highly professional; respond to the Association’s needs in the most efficient and expedition manner; and most of all they are extremely courteous and client friendly. They are of great value to the Norwich C Condo Association and an asset to Seacrest.

Suddenly won’t allow residence to use Scooter or mopeds as their transportation & harassing current residents who have had dogs by saying suddenly they r dangerous when then are not a dangerous dog or breed has made me decide not want to live any where this company manages.

Since taking on our community they have made up and enforce a bunch of rules that are not stated or voted into in our bylaws.

Residents were not made aware and are forced to follow these new rules practically overnight with no say.

Guards have large guns and even Uber drivers need to be called in? Meanwhile our other gate is totally unmanned with people simply pushing the gate open and sneaking in to break into cars.

I reached out to a seacrest member with no response.

My husband, Trey and I recently moved into Andros Isle. We have been very impressed by Deborah Marino who has been such a wonderful help to us. Always with a smile on her face, Deborah is efficient and knowledgeable as well as easily accessible, and she has made us feel very welcome. Trey and Louise Wohlford Sandy Cay

I say no stars but they don't have that option. I have lived in a few condos and can compare. They DO NOT take good care or even basic care of my condo and surrounding property at Golden Lakes. Never any preventive maintenance! The manager is Phase a Debbie is rude and dismissive. There are dead trees, piles of leaves that they blow around the condos rather than pick them up. No need to send in a repair order once, twice three, your wasting your time. I have tried to speak to these workers. None speak English I wonder what that means.

I have been an owner in my community for many years. I have emailed, called numerous times to speak with the regional property manager about my request since last year affecting my home. They have repetitively ignored the issue. Specifically, James and Walter have not help resolve my work request for months. This company should be ashamed and embarrassed to provide horrible customer service to owners and family members of owners. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of service. They need to learn how to manage in a professional manner and respond timely and follow basic protocols. Shame on this company and its employees for horrible and lack or basic service.

I want to say how great Deborah Marino is at Andros Isle
I bought my house in 2017 and leased it out for 1 year I just now permantley moved in During the past year and during this move in she has been very helpful caring and kind
She has answered and helped with any and all issues
She is a great asset to the community

I'm giving 3 stars although that may be a tad much. Their customer service is lacking to say the least. I live in an 8000 unit complex, and from my understanding they manage 1/2 of it. That said, if you have a problem in your bldg, the Pres. You notify president and they call Seacrest. Unless you have a problem with pests, rodents etc. You call directly to set up an appt. I called stating I had a problem believing to be termites. Instead of making an immediate appt, gave me a confirmation number.a week later, called back and was told they do not handle termites they only come and investigate. Fine, except it's been over two weeks and still no one has gotten back to me!
A few days ago, I called to complain and have yet to hear anything.
All I know is when their contract with us expires. I seriously doubt we will renew with them. As the above is just an example of disatisfaction with Secrest Property Management
