Had the fortunate opportunity to be assisted by Jesus Segura. I called with so many questions on getting set up with an online portal. Mr. Segura had the patience of a saint. Friendly, courteous, and professional.you don't see those traits in customer service anymore. Everything explained step by step. Made me feel comfortable that I purchased a property associated with Seacrest Southwest Mgmt. Thanks again for all your help. Good ole fashioned customer service, can't beat it!

I have called for one month requesting help with hornest nest in my doorway I left numerous messages gmfor Elaine with no return calls. I finally spoke to mart in customer service so professional sweet and caring. She called Elaine and was right on it and called me back hopefully someone is coming out to treat. Thanks to Mary

Just spent a half hour with Barbara and she was great very patient and talked this old guy a few new things including getting set up on Seacrest.
Barbara was very helpful when I stopped in unannounced to the Seacrest Southwest office.

Both Barbara C.and Raquel V.did an outstanding job helping my team get a condo application for purchase for a Pelican Bay condo through and approved by Closing. We were late in submitting and the association and these ladies in particular were extremely helpful and efficient in getting it done in time. Thanks to both!

Barbara was extremely helpful and very patient and to my amazement I was able get it set up correctly.

We were extremely impressed with the two employees (Barbara Canto and Mychaela Mitchell) that assisted us. They were helpful and extremely helpful.
I have got plenty of help from Mychaela Mitchell since last May, 2022. She is always able to give the needed help, because she is always ready to help, her smiling face always tells me that she is willing to help; her experience and knowledge helped me to settle all problems and questions. Her experience and knowledge is a benefit to each customer and is an asset to Seacrest Southwest, beside her intuitiveness that you feel from her kindness and caring. To tell you the truth, she is one of the reasons why I changed my position from renter into owner in this community.
