Wow Jesus was awesome. He went over and above to help me. He was patient and kind. It was so nice to be helped by someone who knew their business and was so gracious in assisting me.

Had the fortunate opportunity to be assisted by Jesus Segura. I called with so many questions on getting set up with an online portal. Mr. Segura had the patience of a saint. Friendly, courteous, and professional.you don't see those traits in customer service anymore. Everything explained step by step. Made me feel comfortable that I purchased a property associated with Seacrest Southwest Mgmt. Thanks again for all your help. Good ole fashioned customer service, can't beat it!

I have called for one month requesting help with hornest nest in my doorway I left numerous messages gmfor Elaine with no return calls. I finally spoke to mart in customer service so professional sweet and caring. She called Elaine and was right on it and called me back hopefully someone is coming out to treat. Thanks to Mary

Both Barbara C.and Raquel V.did an outstanding job helping my team get a condo application for purchase for a Pelican Bay condo through and approved by Closing. We were late in submitting and the association and these ladies in particular were extremely helpful and efficient in getting it done in time. Thanks to both!

I am not very computer savvy and have a difficult time with portals etc
I recently invoked the help of Barbara, customer service representative at Seacrest to help me navigate a modification to my autopay.
Barbara was extremely helpful and very patient and to my amazement I was able get it set up correctly.
In today's day age of impersonal customer service it was a real pleasure working with Barbara

I have got plenty of help from Mychaela Mitchell since last May, 2022. She is always able to give the needed help, because she is always ready to help, her smiling face always tells me that she is willing to help; her experience and knowledge helped me to settle all problems and questions. Her experience and knowledge is a benefit to each customer and is an asset to Seacrest Southwest, beside her intuitiveness that you feel from her kindness and caring. To tell you the truth, she is one of the reasons why I changed my position from renter into owner in this community.

My wife and i have had the great opportunity to deal with Mychaela Mitchell both in a lease and now with the purchase of anew Condo.
If you were to look up the word Customer Service in the dictionary it would be a picture of Mychaela Mitchell and the definition of MOST HELP FULL, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND AN ASSET TO YOUR ORGANISATION.
We also had the pleasure of being assisted by Jade who is friendly, professional and very helpful.
When we came to your offices, we were hoping that Mychaela was still working in the office. I wish there more Mychaela in this world.
As you read some of the other reviews you will notice that Mychaela is always mentioned for her professionalism and friendliness. This organisation benefits from her employment and should recognise that she is an asset to their organisation
