Our six story condo was due for a new roof so our board vetted several AC companies to move the units onto new racks before the roofing was to start. They choose Sean McCutcheon's to do the work. My AC is16 years old so I decided to replace it. I could have choose anybody but decided to use McCutcheon's. I am so glad I did. Top notch company from start to finish. Mark who had given me the initial quote (which was very reasonable) answered all my questions and thoroughly explained and kept me informed during the entire process. The installers, Ryan and Chisholm were punctual, professional and very polite. They definitely took pride in their work and took great care to protect my wood floors by laying down pads from the front door to the unit. The next day Nick followed up to make sure everything was okay. Once again very polite and professional. After the install I called to make the payment and spoke with Valentina and Kathy. Once again very polite and professional. I would highlly recommend Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating for any HVAC needs. Man, this team is amazing! They are always so professional, on time, friendly, and they do the best work. We could not ask for a better company to work with. They have done small and large jobs for us with different teams of techs and they are all amazing! Highly recommend!

The technician arrived early (a good thing), he called to alert me of his arrival, I was leaving Costco a few minutes away, he asked for my permission to start working on my HVAC unit, that I gave. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional. I prefer a well managed family owned business. They also furnished & installed my unit.

I no longer recommend this company. There has apparently been a change in mgmt or ownership. Charged over $300 to change out a $25 capacitor. Of course there should be a reasonable labor charge and mark up on the part. But this was ridiculous for a non emergency call. Twice that of a reasonable & customary rate.
Boils down to price gouging of a loyal customer. Never again!

To be clear an estimate of what the charge would be was NOT provided in advance. The ridiculous invoice was presented for immediate payment after the capacitor was replaced.

Zach and Ryan were very professional and pleasant and did a great job on installation of my new ac system.

Called McCutcheon to replace a very old Coleman heat pump in our garage-turned-office. Asked salesman to replace with a unit of same capacity.
Several months after installation found that it was not a heat pump, but an AC unit with "emergency" heat strip.
Watch out for the freelance sales agents.

I needed a new AC unit and they were the only place I called. I researched them online and decided to go with them. They were prompt, respectful, thorough, and most of all reasonably priced. I worked with Greg and Marcus and both were true experts and professionals. My AC unit was installed quickly and he cleaned up afterwards.the best! Call them, you'll be glad you did!

I had my ductwork was completely replaced. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. Jim the salesman was very accommodating and stepped in to help when needed. I would highly recommend Sean McCutcheon for all ac work.

When you spend a lot for an AC unit, you need it to be done properly, for a fare price and you need trusty maintenance. Thus my 5 star review.
