I hired other tech and fridge was fixed, just refill Freon, with sears services they charge you $108.00 just to come to your home to tell you “ no fixable”what a scam, I don’t recommend

Juan did an excellent job fixing the drain blockage on my air handler. My efforts flushing outer pipe was not successful.
He disassemble the internal drain pipes and flushed them out. They were filthy. He showed me how to do it and installed a clear pipe that I can monitor. Super job.

Have a new refrigerator less than a year old that quit working, been waiting for over a month because they dont have anyone to service the the Keys. They also wont call me back like they keep telling me they will. I'm getting ready to take the refrigerator to their store and demand a replacement or refund
