Seascape Resort & Marina, Marathon FL

Nice place but just don’t stay in room 1. You can hear everything from the floor above you.
Great staff and relaxed environment. Loved it otherwise.

Best place we have been to so far in the Keys. Their people are super nice and accommodating. Andy was extremely helpful we will definitely be back for a longer stay. If you have a boat this is the place to stay very calm not too many people in the location, quiet and safe. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. Overall amazing!

Very friendly staff, immaculate rooms and surroundings, evening fire pit with very comfortable outdoor seating. Nice Lil marina for approximately 8 to 10 small boats, great oceanside pool private beach, waterboards, S. U. P, KAYAKS and bikes! Cannot wait to come back

I knew this would be a great place as soon as I got out of the vehicle. I was tagging along to a family trip and did not know anything about the place that was booked. It was quiet, beautiful views, great amenities, and amazing customer service. I wish I remembered his name but he did such a great job explaining everything we would need to know. He came out and walked us around the building to personally show us where things were. On our trip we used the kayaks, paddle boards & fishing equipment. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. I don’t know how places get hotel stars but this was down as a 2- maybe because it is an older building? The hospitality we received was great and I would highly recommend seascapes resort

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and mostly updated. Minor things to update but otherwise great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great and feels secluded. Saw manatees everyday and saw dolphins one day. Deffinatly would stay here again!

We had an awesome 8 days stay. The staff were super friendly. The room was very clean, towels were provided as requested. The view from this location was beautiful. The resort provided bikes, kayaks, wine and. The location is very private, quiet and relaxing. We are definitely coming back soon.

W️W! That is in one word how to discribe how we feel about the Seascape Resort!

We stayed in room #14 and had sea view from the window. The room was very clean and has a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The beds are good and even though the water presure is a little low it is enough to take a nice shower.

And then the view…! To see the sunrise from the great maintained dock is breathtaking!

The staff is great and Andy at the front desk is very nice and helpful. You can take, when available, a bike, a kayak or sup board. There are corn bag toss bags and boards and a clean pool.

LISTEN! This is the place % recommended. I’m super picky and I take soo long when it comes to rent a place for mini getaways and this place caught me bc of the ambiance, nice, clean and relaxing place. LOVE IT HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Beautiful property, great amenities with free kayak and bike rentals for guests. Staff was friendly and gave great recommendations. Will stay again next visit

Awesome place to stay. A micro resort well run by the nicest people. We only booked 1 night on the way to Key West but wish we had booked longer. Kayaks and SUP's available for use. Nice pool, beautifully kept grounds. Our room, #1 was perfect with a small patio with a table and chairs. Very clean and updated. We saw dolphins swim by and others saw some Manatee. Gas grills available some guests caught fish that day and grilled them that night. Gas fire pit, lots of chaise lounges and chairs, corn hole and more. On the ocean side of the keys and just beautiful views.

Perfect stay. Quiet and beautiful property that never felt crowded despite having all rooms booked. Plenty of places to relax and sit and enjoy the beautiful view. We always stay in Marathon since it's central to everything, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Keys. About 1 hour and 15 minutes to Key West.made the drive twice, and were thankful we could get away from the crowds at this hotel. So glad we found it.
