Seashell Suites Resort, Melbourne Beach FL

Let me tell you about this beautiful, quaint tropical hideaway. PERFECT! And the icing on the cake was Carole. What a kind, fun, hospitable host! We feel blessed to have stumbled upon this sweet gem. Looking forward to the many memories we will hopefully have staying at this family like resort.

Lovely resort. Have vacationed here for many years with family every February. Unfortunately didn’t make it this year but friends who did said it is still awesome. Has everything a family wants. Beach, pool, comfortable beds, laundry room TV and internet. Best place on the ocean in Brevard county

I called because we are building a home right on the beach further down from the Resort. I thought we could experience the area at night and walk the beach as we will hopefully do soon. The gentleman that answered the phone explained they did not book one night stays. That they were not a Motel. What an incredibly rude response to a very honest inquiry. My family is very busy and we are meeting with architects to discuss our new home. We can only stay one night because of previous commitments. Very very very disappointed. I hope our neighbors are much nicer than they are.

The pool is fantastic, and the kid's pool is great too. The breakfast is much better than at random other 5-star hotels in the USA. I like that the toilet and the shower are separate, the shower is big. The room is clean and comfortable.

Total beach relaxation! Thank you Wendell & Crew for your hospitality! We enjoyed our end of March vacation with 8 sunny days with everyday views of the crashing waves and amazing sunrises! With only 8 suites, Seashell Suites is never crowded and everyone is super friendly. Our suite was roomy and had everything we needed. Convenient smart TV in suite to enjoy. The big fridge was fantastic for our first day load of groceries from Publix down the street. Our afternoon dip in the clean sparkling pool was a great way to finalize our dinner plans every evening. We grilled out with the provided outdoor dining area with grills and provided utensils. We overpacked our suitcases! Just bring your sunscreen, bug spray, beachwear and casual clothes. We can’t wait to enjoy another week in Melbourne Beach next year! Highly recommend.

The staff and owner are some of the most genuinely nicest and most respectful people you will ever meet. The grounds are beautiful and this is a private secret spot for our family.

The location was very nice, right on the edge of the ocean. The pool was great and I’m glad we had access to it. The rooms however felt not clean and very humid. In the shower half used complementary shampoo was left, and floor was sticky. We also found fleas as well, my entire family was bitten. The facilities in the room where extremely outdated and hard to use. Please make your rooms corresponding to the price.

The most unique and wonderful oceanfront in Florida. Great Suites and private beach, everything supplied.beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, pool, sauna, BBQ tiki area.simply the best in Florida. 10/10

A fabulous place with great accommodations, facilities such as a pool, sauna, BBQ, laundry, ocean front deck, secure parking, pet friendly and a spectacular private beach. It doesn’t get any better. Our family has been going there for six years, we love it!

Rooms have everything you need, beach towels included. The beach is pristine. The property is well taken care of and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Nice place. Quiet beach and close to Whitey's bait shop and Sebastian Intet fishing pier.

I had a very relaxing vacation here. My daughter enjoyed surfing (there was a wonderful instructor within walking distance). The beach is private. The hotel provides equipment for your beach needs, including surfboards, boogie boards, chairs, and umbrellas. They even provided bottled water, sunscreen, and snacks. The suite was very spacious and clean. The pool and sauna were perfect.

The staff was amazing!

We have stayed in this area before for longer periods of time, renting properties. However, we were lucky enough to be able to book a last-minute little getaway to this resort. It is very clean, very well decorated, very well-maintained. The beach is extremely private. They keep goodies and coffee for the guests to grab for some extra snacks. The pool area is really nice, and there is a nice little tiki hut with stools that overlooks the beach for those who don’t want to get too sandy.
The people who run it seem very accommodating and helpful. My only little negative was that 1/2 of one of one of the mattresses was very soft, while the other half of one of the beds was nice and firm.
One comment, and this is just coming from a fellow business person. I saw that there were many pictures of donald trump in the office, almost a shrine. I personally like to keep politics out of business. In my business i want everybody to feel welcomed and not have to think about politics. But that is just me.
Other than that, a lovely relaxing time.

We have been visiting Seashell Suites for over 10 each March and half of April. We love the quiet and beautiful beach and the resort itself is beautifully maintained. The staff are wonderful and always try to help. Lots of places nearby to visit and eat. Traffic is quiet as compared to many other areas of Florida.
