Having septic issues while having company is not fun! This company answers their phone and he was able to come out the day we had trouble. Quick and very friendly. I’ll use him again any day.

Very knowledge people, explained every step and helped me with how to keep up the septic. I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of me.they were giving me good advice.they didn't know I actually know about septic but I played off like I didn't to make sure they were not trying to scam me. Contacted them through their website and got a quick response. Did septic inspection and it was okay so only paid for that and filter cleaning. Keith was super nice and friendly. Will definitely use Seaside Septic when it's time to clean it out!

Hands down, the best customer service I've received in the past 7 years of owning my house. Keith is knowledgeable, patient with questions, on time, and he is worth every penny and more. He did an outstanding job with our septic system, and we will be only using his company from now on. We highly recommend them.

Integrity is the first thing that comes to mind. Keith is on time, professional and honest. He came right out when he said he will. Got our tank pumped out and gave us tons of info on our system. He’s our go to guy now in Charlotte county.

I had this company out a few years ago to fix a minor issue, when sewer water started backing up into my house. They arrived almost immediately, and had the issue repaired within an hour. The guys were fun, and we were talking and joking during their visit. I just recently had my septic tank pumped before putting my house on the market, and one of the same guys came back to do that job. Again, he was very enjoyable to talk to, and did the work efficiently, and at a fair price. I will be passing Seaside Septic's information on to the new owners, because I can't imagine there is another septic repair company out there who could do a better job. These guys are great.

Called Keith at Seaside Septic Services, left a message, sent a text and within 5 minutes he was calling me back! One, I absolutely appreciate the immediate callback. Just calling back means so much and for me is one big reason I will go with that company. Some backstory, my wife and I just bought a house and have lived in it for 1 week when the toilets and tubs started backing up. We have no experience with septic systems so of course we went into panic mode. No showers, no laundry no using the toilets, no good! Keith said he would be over before the sun set and he stuck to what he said. He showed up in his amazingly nice and clean truck something I noticed right off. Being an entrepreneur myself I can tell how much confidence a person has and how much they want your business by how their equipment looks and how they carry themselves. Take care of your tools, call people back and just have an overall friendly nature, that was Keith. I knew he was someone we could count on to help us out! Help us out he did. After checking a few things and tolerating our many questions, he found the problem.grease! People, DO NOT PUT GREASE DOWN YOUR DRAINS! I have no idea why that is so hard to understand. All through your lifetime, how many times have you heard water and oil don't mix, grease is by all definition oil. By the way, the grease was from the previous owner of the house not us.
So would we recommend Seaside Septic Services, absolutely! Would we say Keith will treat you right, absolutely! Would we say Keith is an awesome guy, absolutely!
