Wonderful sunset cruise, and while we didn't see any dolphin that day, it was a beautiful and relaxing experience

My wife and i did the sunset cruise and we both loved it. The live music performed was great and the drinks/apps served were all yummy. The staff was great and the captain very funny. Of course also being on a 72 foot catamaran was also an experience getting to watch the famous key west sunset. If we ever come back to the keys we will be going on another sunset tour with this company.

My husband and I went on a Sunset sail on the Schooner Appledore last week and had a great time. I would recommend this as something fun to do in Key West. Our Captain, Russ, was great and answered all of our questions and was nice to talk to. The mates, Mario and Dale (I think) were very friendly and kept the drinks flowing. The weather wasn't perfect but it was great to enjoy the sunset on the water.

I had such a phenomenal experience here. Worth every penny. The crew was amazing. Everything was amazing about this excursion.

Just want to thank the crew of Seabago Watersports. They made sure everyone was safe, comfortable, and most importantly had TONS OF FUN! From snorkeling to jetskiing to parasailing, the whole day was full of thrills. I would highly recommend using these guys for any tour they have available! Thank you again for a remarkable experience.

We loved our boat trip. We heard that regular sunscreen hurts the reef but Sebago didn't have any available for us to use, so we had to use the regular kind. I hope they will provide the mandatory kind of sunscreen that Florida requires to keep the reef healthy.

Will definitely be back! Had such great water and staff was fun to hang out with. Thank you for such a great day with my kiddos

My husband and I literally just drove three hours from Homestead, FOR THIS TRIP, and they cancelled literally an hour before the appointment due to “weather. ” It’s sunshine and little to no wind right now. I have read other reviews of them doing this. And then the woman told us we won’t get a refund for 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Are you kidding me? We could’ve used that money for different services today. Poor customer service. Sketchy company. Will never recommend to anyone else ever again. We had better get this money back. If you’re going to have a reputation known for cancelling trips at the last minute, you need to have a service for refunding the money in the same day.

Best guys in town they were easy to work with, new what they were doing and made our power adventure the best experience we had in some time! Sebago we will be back again

Brandon and crew were exceptional on our excursion, beautiful sunset, great experience all around. Well worth it!

The instructor was so rude at the office, he didn’t had patience to answer my questions. And he was not encouraging to do the jet ski, instead scaring! The pictures of parasailing is too dark, they missed shark and southerpoint boards on the pictures, so disappointed on these two services.

My husband and I booked a champagne catamaran sunset cruise during our honeymoon and it was outstanding! The staff was great and the views were perfect.

This tour was wonderful! Everyone working on the boat and serving food and drinks was friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this sunset cruise to anyone visiting Key West!

So many cruise options. We took a sunset cruise and had a great time. The staff is incredibly nice. We were bummed that our snorkel adventure cruise got cancelled due to low signups, but grateful that we got to do a cruise at all. They have so many options there is definitely one that will work for you.

Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the Sunset Cruise due to a medical emergency. However, the professional staff refunded the full amount of the trip without us even asking. They said quote "I refunded the full amount of the four tickets, because we feel that it's the least we can do. " Thank you so much.
