They have most of the place remodeled and a good place to stay for the price.

Clean, felt secure, pool was relaxing, washed cloths, enjoyed the beautiful scenery

Mark is an amazing guy very very nice good to see the place finally becoming good again keep up the good work brother

I have been here for 5 months at the Sebastian Sands Motel and I couldn't be happier.
And the new manager Mark is not only thoroughly professional but also the friendliest guy. I enjoy it here.

Stay far away. The female in the office lost her home and moved into motel and finds any excuse to kick people out and keep their deposit. They claim its extended stay home and that's why you are resp ok ansible to maintain the outside area but kick you out without warning to keep hour deposit. They have more rules than a halfway house. Roaches and mold in rooms and they think a coat of paint fixes that. I saw several people get kicked out while there and their deposit was never returned. Wake up to roaches in bathroom and front door every morning.

Do NOT stay at this place. It's full or roaches and mold and they think a coat of paint changed that. They expect you to pull weeds by your room and want to go in your room whenever they want with the excuse of a random room check. The female that works at the office, Juliet, likes to single people out and make their stay miserable so they leave without giving you a refund. I had to spray for roaches weekly and buy an air purifier just to be able to sleep because of the smell. I am disabled and was still told I had to pick up trash in front of my room left by other people staying here and had to pull the weeds outside my room and I can't even bend over so she tried to fine me $25.
