I worked with Aldo and his team. They did an amazing job of helping us get the financing needed. We had an unusual case, where our father-in-law was selling us the house without real estate agents involved. Aldo took the time to walk us through the steps needed, was available whenever I had questions about things and patiently explained them to me, and to my father-in-law who gave us a gift of equity on top of selling us his house.
