Well, service is beyond slow. Seems as the employees are asleep.
Took the lady for ever to make a Cuban toast.
Cashier is asleep. Barely moving. Slow motion.
What a shame. Selection is decent. Store being cleaned and is improving but many a times I walked away from the cafeteria for slow or no service.

Wish management would watch how they work.

My family largely purchased from the prepared food section, which used to be the best place for Cuban food (aside from my grandmother, of course!).
It’s no longer the same quality and, after a final disappointment today, I highly recommend trying ANY of the Cuban restaurants in the area instead.

As a grocery store, it’s just average. They do have occasional great deals (keep an eye for the circular!).
Regular priced items are very expensive but they have convenient hours if you’re in a pinch.

Side note: if you don’t speak Spanish, it’s really a toss up whether the team members will be nice to you or not. My sister won’t go into this store anymore because on multiple occasions
a) she was ignored when she went to place order
or
b) the employees were rude, would roll their eyes, or make comments “behind her back” (she understands but does not speak)

The last four times I've gone to this Sedans, I bought frozen packaged foods for the mold. I'm guessing they don't buy fresh foods from distributors.

The cashier on sunday very rude.she never clean the tables between the costumers.the lady worker has bad attitudes and try to see the number the debit card and pin and costumer services they took all your privacy information.

I thought we would give it a try. Wow, what a mistake! I called ahead to see if they had a specific item listed in their sale add still in stock. The "customer service" representative told me 3 times she couldn't understand English and then just hung up the phone! It was like walking into a third world country, our peaches rotted in two days. Our bag of potatoes rotted in 3 day's. They did Not have the sale items listed in the sales add.

Really bad service. I came to use wester Union at Sédanos the manager said i have to wait for the lady to come from her lunch break that just started in order to use the Westen Union service

Always clean and fresh fruits and vegetables

After many years of shopping at this sedanos today was a no return for me. We shopped over 150 dollars and the scanner wouldn't take a 20 pound bag of rice. The cashier called for help a dairy manager came and we mentioned the sale price on the weekly flyer she first said we havent had sale flyers in 3 weeks. When the price rang up it wasn't on sale. We asked to void it that's not the sale price. Again she said we havent had sale flyer in 3 weeks. After this we paid and this manager followed us out towards the door with a flyer the store didnt have (that's what she said twice) to point out it starts tomorrow. Then asked my husband "don't you see it" if I wasnt so tired at that point I would'v returned my whole order. Somebody train the dairy manager how to treat customers. Or even better leave her in the dairy section. Bye sedanos.

This is a local Hispanic Grocery Store chain. I like its variety on the produce section for Hispanic vegetables. It also has unique products not found in other groceries. They also have cooked food sold by the pound that is very tasty. Check it out.

PLACED AN ORDER FOR CHRISTMAS ONLY BECAUSE I WANTED TO FREE MYSELF UP AND HAVE A GOOD TIME WITH MY GUEST. I WAS TOLD SEDANOS HAS A GOOD DEAL ON PORK RICE AND PLANTAINS
TOTAL 89.99 WHICH I THOUGHT WAS A GREAT DEAL. THIS SUPPOSEDLY WAS FOR 15 PEOPLE!
I ASKED THE LADY WHO TOOK MY ORDER WAS SHE SURE IT WOULD FEED 15 PEOPLE
SHE SAID ABSOLUTELY. THIS FOOD ONLY FED 10 OF MY GUEST. PLEASE DON'T BUY! THEY ARE RIPPING YOU OFF. HAD TO BUY EXTRA FOOD AT THE LAST MOMENT THEY ARE LYING TO PEOPLE SO PLEASE BE AWARE

I had a friend call for a price on a tray of pork for 10-15 people. They wouldn’t give a price. Not even a estimate. They said you have to come in person. Why would you have to see someone’s face to give them a price on food? Shady
