Terrible customer service. Management does not seem to care about the bad service. Rude customer service clerks and manager does not listen to customer concerns.

I never thought I would have to give a bad review to this Sedanos, which for me is cleaner, more organized and with better customer service.but I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with a cashier that made me reconsider my opinion, her name "Marlene S. ". That lady reminded me how they treated me in Cuba with a total lack of respect and arrogance that was not compatible with this country. It's a shame!

This is the CLEANEST Sedano in Miami.

Management is horrible, they don't see the long wait in the Deli area.much disorganization

Nos just caribian or cuban but from Central America as well

I relate that we placed an order to celebrate the birth of my first grandson. Some 40 people evaluated the things we ordered for food and sweets as very rich in flavor and with a very good appearance. Special recognition deserves Concepción for its professional and kind treatment. And what to say about that work team that attended us today! Thanks everybody! WE ALL FEEL VERY SATISFIED!

It's great shopping here, their staff is friendly and helpful, and their prices are very competitive.

When are you going to update the Saturday schedule? Even on the door it says 11pm. Today Saturday 10: 10 pm they are already closed

Quality & low prices on general groceries, fresh vegetables, meals and best personnel on site

I've lived here a long time and I hate to say this, but some Cubans really do give the most appalling customer service. I asked a woman who works there for help finding something and she was very rude. She gave us a look and attitude implying "do I look like I'm here to help you? " And yes, you are paid to do exactly that. She then sent us away to go ask "that guy that's always in isle #" to help us. I am certianly not returning.

I have explored it once again, you find Latin things, I had a craving, tongue,! Did you see the photo? $50, I better go find out in which restaurant they prepare it delicious and I will tell you.

This Joe Biden government is wiping out the US, Tremendous mafia and crime, making and allowing the ugly and disgusting soda made or financed by the communists to be marketed and sold in stores like Sedanos's SuperMarkets and for more disrespect price them the same as the Legendary CoCa Cola and Pepsi,
What is needed is to stop going to Sedanos and all the stores that are promoting it.

You find all the vintage products that were seen in Cuba before the 90s, Russian canned meats, Polish milk, hard goods but expensive in normal products

Great selection of Hispanic, especially Cuban, food at prices cheaper than Walmart and Publix. Especially good selection of breads.

Competitive prices on fruits and vegetables. Good cleanliness of the place and attentive staff.
