I have been trying since 8/19 (5 months) to get a claim resolved. I did all their work and am still waiting for a response. My initial contact has advised that another person has taken over my claim. I can't reach that person. I am constantly trying to get someone to respond. So fed up!

Terrible no resolution yet. Do not understand why it takes so long. This has been going on since Nov. 14th. Very bad customer service.

Terrible company. They make you jump through hoops to achieve nothing. They don’t provide all the required information from the start and keep you going back and forth between them and the provider leaving the patient in the middle at no avail and disrupting patients therapy/treatment. Their customer service staff is not there to help, they’re just there to answer phones. The portal does not work properly, documents that are uploaded get lost and not saved within the claim even though it provides a confirmation number. I have dealt with Sedgwick for the 4th time around and it’s become a normal pattern for them. The rest of the reviews speak for themselves. Don’t recommend this company.

Would give negative stars. Had a caseworker in the beginning. Was helpful on initial contact but since then i haven't been able to reach them. Number is disconnected as well. No further info given. This company sucks so bad for injury claims. If you have Sedgwick, you best have a lawyer too. Haven't gotten through to Anybody in weeks! Rotten place to deal with.

This company currently handles FMLA and disability claims for JPMC and as a former JPMC employee I contacted them to recover some previous medical claim information. My experience has been nothing but a nightmare, I worked with a Kamel Bey explaining that the information requested was needed for VA medical and education benefits. My request was not handled in a timely fashion as 3 dozen emails, phone calls and faxes were placed to address a simple request. After what appeared to be a resolution the documents were forwarded via Fed Ex where they neglected to add an apartment number further delaying the process and consequently having my VA Benefits request denied because the deadline was missed.

I’ve been dealing with these people for over a month and I’ve found it suspicious that I send my paperwork to Lexington KY but my claims adjuster calls from Orlando FL? There’s a law site to specifically sue these people and I have contacted them because this is absurd. I’ve emailed and after 4 attempts to send it tells me it could not be delivered, I’ve faxed and it tells me the number is not in service and when I try to call, they system they use informs me my adjuster doesn’t work there. So good luck to everyone else who has to deal with this trash company

I know they have a job that easily brings them a bad reputation, BUT they do very little for you, they're rude, argumentative and worst of all they absolutely provide you with no information. You'reexpected to sit on your ass and wait for them while they won't bother contacting you about your claim. Try to fax them paperwork, forget it their fax rarely works, if ever. Their claims adjustors are just plain rude to talk to!

Not only do they constantly lose documentation when sent through their portal, but it takes them 1 to 2 weeks to verify something you sent in electronically. The worst experience I've ever had with any company. They have absolutely no communication among themselves and each individual will give you a different answer for the same question. When you request documentation to be sent to your email or fax they cannot do it themselves as they contract it out to a third party so for something that should be done instantly you have to wait 2 to 3 days. My first two adjusters were completely horrible. They kept sending my personal information to the wrong email even though my email was literally my name but unfortunately they couldn't spell that while having all my documentation on file. My last adjuster was absolutely amazing unfortunately I only had him for less than a month before I return to work.

This establishment/Co is the worst to deal with from customer service to payment of claims. I was the victim in a car accident in mid July and still have not been compensated to fix my car. From the initial contact i have been given the run around false information and complete rudeness as if i am bothering them. If you are a person who has the choice in dealing with them DONT and if your forced to deal with them as i was be prepared for a wait and plenty of B. S.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Never did I think I would be treated so horribly by people who claim to be there to help you through your injury. Over 30 days with no response from my "claims manager" and they are unprofessional and rude when they do finally reply. Hopefully I never have to work with this company ever again.

Unable to get a claim paid after getting an authorization number - if someone from Sedgwick wants a review - replay to this review and I can fix it.

I work there now. I really like it. I started off with a permanent position and benefits day 1, pay is great, metrics aren't difficult to meet, there are work politics of course (but not enough to make u quit), and you can grow within the company.

Horrible. Can't get through to anyone. Their claim is to respond back within 24 hours. I found this to be false as I waited almost 30 days from my worker. Waited 1 month for approval on recommended procedures from my doctor. My doctors claim one of the worse workmans comp they ever had to deal with.

Beyond horrible. I had a claim denied. The short term disability company would pay my claim upon getting a denial letter from Sedgwick. They keep on sending wrong document. They even screw up denying a claim.

No communication whatsoever. Its been close to 2 months now, and I cannot get ahold of my claims adjuster. Left countless messages and they have yet to reply or return any of my calls. I'd suggest anyone who has to deal with this piss poor company to lawyer up and let them deal with their nonsense. Will be reporting them to the BBB. Hopefully they can be put out of business.
