Ashley Meloy at Segos is absolutely the best! She always has a wonderful attitude and helps me every time I call! I recommend Segos to everyone I know because of Ashley!

I Was absolutely clueless before walking in this place on where to start! I met with Ashley and she was so kind, patient and educated on all of my ridiculous and many questions! Lol
She was simply incredible helping me with all of my mother's needs! I can't recommend this place or HER enough!

I needed a boot for a sprained ankle and was told to contact Segos. I called and spoke to Ashley who was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to explain the different types and what I would possibly need.

I would like everyone to know about a wonderful employee that this company has his name is Chris and he has stellar customer service skills he made sure that I was happy with his service that had provided to me and all that with a smile
It is truly appreciated by a patient with advanced Parkinson’s i just wish that everyone had employees as thoughtful and efficient as Chris is to Sego! Thank you Chris

These people never call my husband about his CPAP. Never return calls. They are horrible!
Find a different place.

Wonderful company with caring staff. Called to get a CPAP for my mother back in 2020 and MJ explained the DME rental process for me (multiple times since I didn’t fully understand how Medicare works.) She then transferred me to the respiratory department who took down our insurance info etc. I called in again a few days ago when mom’s insurance changed so they could update my her account, and everyone was still just as kind. Highly recommend!

My family and I had the very best experience with Segos! Karen was a lifesaver, we needed an oxygen machine to travel and fly with as we had already booked our flights for my mother and father and all of our entire family and we were all on edge and we didn’t know what to do or how we were going to accomplish this at all. I called Karen and told her our situation and Karen in the respiratory department got us an oxygen machine right away! We were so happy and just overjoyed, she got us one that was exactly what we needed for our mom to board the flight! Thank you so much Karen, you are so sweet, caring, and so passionate! We had a great trip! You are absolutely amazing, we appreciate you from the very bottom of our hearts, the oxygen machine (portable oxygen concentrator was perfect and very affordable! Thank you so Karen, we will always reach out to Segos only for any durable medical equipment we need. We can truly count on you and the entire Segos company to provide great customer service, passion are great care and the best equipment that is extremely dependable. Horrible! Do not enter please don't waste your time.took over a year to get the right bed then they show up with a old used bed that looked worse then the broke one I was in will not help or work with you.and this is after waiting three different days for them to deliver with no shows.

Our family experience with Segos was life saving. Karen and Sheryl were quick to act and very communicative when my Mother was sent home from rehab without the necessary oxygen prescribed for her. I’m grateful for their excellent customer and follow through.

Would take several paragraphs, have lodged complaint yo my insurance company. Was told Lynn the respiratory therapist, was the only one who could see inventory, and was dismissed by Crystal, the person who initially set me up. Lynn never called back after 15 attempts. Relied on an employee from a different companies word, she didn't need to call back. I went in to return defective Cpap, (not just from recall, but mon operative. They repeated that Lynn was only one who could handle this.

After the help we received at Sego’s with my husband’s cpap machine, I returned when I needed my own machine checked and new supplies. Again, everyone I encountered gave exceptional service.
A big thank you to Crystal and Amanda!
