I contacted Nathan about my countertop upgrade at noon on a Tuesday, he made time to come out within the hour, and by 3 pm, we finalized our quartz and design. Within 24 hours Mario arrived and created a template, and within one week the team had two full slabs at my house and installed in two hours. I requested a higher gauge sink and Nathan made it happen and ordered a custom basket as a perk, making the sink even better. I explained my budget, and Nathan went out of his way to make it happen.
