I am highly discouraged in this company's effect to serve its customers who are the reason that they get paid and even have a job. When I read the reviews posted, I was not convinced that an insurance company would be this bad but It has proven itself. In the case of an emergency, you will call the customer service number and the company's number and for hours, it will continuously ring. I have been trying to get my sister on my insurance for almost a week and every time, an agent would either tell me that they didn't receive some sort of letter or just something as a means of excuse but today is my last day trying to contact them and if I don't get a satisfying response, I will drop this company. If you want to serve the public, be prepare to do so. Just tired. Most frustrating thing is, they girls don"t even answer the phone. What kind for service is this?

4 times, on hold till you're disconnected. On 2 separate occasions.
Never have I experienced such lack of attention.
Changes must be made on my policy and im.getting nowhere.
Every single number on my invoice and renewal bill, and nobody picks up.
How legal is this place?

I walked into the office and the lady that was going to help me was just talking with a friend and I did find that not professional since I did went to get a New quote as a new customer of course, I instead went to the other guys office and Bruno was great and professional! The young lady needs some supervision it can not be possible to have a new customer and instead she is talking on the phone personal phone being nothing helpful.

Trying to get a hold of someone in their office over the phone is a nightmare. They will flat out hang up or take 40 min to answer. Once you finally get them on the phone they will say they can't find your policy and put you on hold again. You can hear in their voices they don't want to help you. Not even emailing the manager guarantees you a response. Canceling all my policies with them ASAP

I will never get insurance through them again. There Customer service is the worst expression Li trying to give them more business and add a car they claimed they were too busy at the moment to help me

THE WORSTTTTTT INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVERRR DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. LET ME START OFF BY SAYING IF I COULD GIVE THIS CAR INSURANCE COMPANY 0 STARS I WOULD. RUN, DO NOT WALK WHEN IT COMES TO DEALING WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. They are the most unprofessional insurance company I have ever dealt with in my ENTIRE life. I only had a policy with then for 3 DAYS, and it took them about a month and a half to refund me $150. There were SO MANY TIMES they lost documents I had given them to prove I purchased another car from thr original car I signed with them. EVERY SINGLE time it was a new problem with the.where they had lost a documentation I gave them, which was their complete fault. The manager hung up on me once over the phone. What normal professional insurance company does that to a customer? ! Not a normal professional insurance company. They have employees talking back to back over the phone with managers for answers because THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HECK THEY ARE DOING while I was speaking to them on the phone. I would ask a question regarding my policy, and the employee speaking with me would say "Let me ask for you", employees would tell me a ton of times "that's a good question, let me ask for you. " I HAD TO SHOW UP TWOOO TIMES TO THEIR OFFICE BEFORE THEY GAVE ME MY REFUND THEY OWED ME. THE FIRST TIME THE GIRL THAT HELPED ME THERE SAID IT WAS GONNA TAKE 7 TO 10 DAYS TO RECEIVE MY REFUND. WRONG. THE SUPERVISOR WHEN I WENT THE SECOND TIME TOLD HER "Nicole, that's not correct. " I WAS EXPECTING MY REFUND TO COME ROUGHLY IN 2 WEEKS. NEVER CAME. SO I HAD TO GO BACK THE SECOND TIME TO THEIR OFFICE BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW AGAIN WHAT THE HECK THEY ARE DOINGGGGG! AND THE SUPERVISOR THE SECOND TIME WAS UNPROFESSIONAL ALSO AT THE BEGINNING, AND DID MY REFUND CORRECTLY AFTER SPEAKING TO THEM TONS OF TIME OVER THE PHONE AND THEM NOT RESOLVING ANYTHING FOR ME LIKE THEY SHOULD'VE IN THE FIRST PLACE. IT TOOK THEM 5 MINUTES THE SECOND TIME IN PERSON TO RESOLVE SOMETHING AND IT TOOK THEM A MONTH TO RESOLVE SOMETHING THAT WAS DONE IN 5 MINUTES. I WOULD NEVER IN MY LIFE RECOMMEND THIS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY TO ANYONEEEEE. EVEN IF THEY HAVE CHEAPER RATES, DON'T DO IT. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM AND DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO GO THROUGH SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LIKE I DID. RUN FROM THIS INSURANCE COMPANY! THEY'RE A JOKE AND DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HECK THEY'RE DOING.

Select insurance is a great, professional and a very accommodating company! Ms. Jesselyn Mannah has been extremely helpful along the way with me and she’s wonderful at what she does, it’s highly appreciated! I recommend them to all!

It started off good but they called me and told me that I was using somebody else's credit card I said impossible I had to take all my credentials down there because of human error and they really gave me a hard time but after I took all my credentials down there and they took copies then they apologized

I love this Insurance sometimes yes it is a little hard to get a whole of them but when I do Yodairis a (representative) always helps me out always does the upmost for me and she has definitely has gone above and beyond for me she is very sweet and polite and so patient there’s times where I have a whole bunch of questions and she doesn’t get frustrated and is super patient thank you girl your the best!
