Rocio (Rosie) is very knowledgeable, organized and kind. She makes the task of physical therapy as much fun as possible and is always in your corner to cheer you on. Rosie keeps things challenging yet not so aggressive as to make it uncomfortable.

I was referred for PT following the onset of arthritis in my lower back which caused intense pain and the inability to function normally. After several treatments, Rosie had me free of pain and back to my normal routine. Her most excellent care and treatment to strengthen my core provided me with a result which allowed me to continue volunteering to deliver food to food pantries and road bicycling (40-60 miles per week) along with my other regular daily living activities. Have had a lot of knee problems over the last year. Theses exercises are geared to helping the muscles gain the strengthening needed to help the muscles recover. So far it’s working. They do listen to your concerns with what works and what does not.

Select Physical Therapy has made a world of difference in my recovery from Achilles’ tendon repair surgery. This is not a run of the mill physical therapy office where you get very little one on one supervision and assistance. The therapists work very closely and carefully with you at all times. The therapists at Select Physical Therapy are true professionals. When I arrived the first day Jose Matta was able to evaluate my issues very quickly and prescribe a comprehensive exercise plan to strengthen my knee and loosen up my back. Within a couple weeks I was walking with a normal gait and feeling much stronger.
