The place is spotless, bilingual services available. Heriberto Rojas one of therapists have been treating me and my mother, he is very patient, he really knows what he is doing. He puts all his efforts in seeing that we get better in every therapy.

The patient to therapist ratio is excellent. Herb was very friendly and knowledgeable. He would check in on my progress each session and ask how I was feeling. I would refer him and this location to family and friends.

Mark will get you back to yourself heath wise quickly. He's a good pt and will listen to you and always take time to answer your questions.

To answer your question:
Yes, Mark Beckett is worth the 5 star rating he has on the internet! He has worked with me through a torn meniscus, and later both knee replacements, 2 Achilles tendon repairs, damage to both shoulders, my left elbow, and now lumbar difficulties. Arthritis is eating away at my joints, but Mark keeps finding ways to help me to remediate myself back into moving without the use of canes, walkers, knee rollators, or electric carts (eventually). I would highly reccomend him.

I worked with Mark 10 years ago after shoulder surgery and had such a positive experience that I sought him out for my recent physical therapy needs. I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism and his ability to produce results.

Office does not know what they are doing. First off, they stopped treating me because they said my insurance was paying for no more treatments, and I could not self-pay. Meanwhile, I went somewhere else and they told me I still had 26 treatments available. So there’s that. Second, I didn’t even owe them any more money, and they sent a collections agency after me for $75. Are you kidding? I wasted a lot of time undoing wrong info they had or provided to me. Therapist was great. Too bad the office was not.

Do not go here for any issue big or small…the physical therapist here do not care about anyone and hate their job! Mark has the worst attitude and shouldn’t be working with people! He is very unsanitary and acts like he is forced to be there! It’s an immediate vibe of bare minimum energy upon walking in! If you are seeking healing do not go there! Seriously!

Mr. Mark does an amazing job working with athletes and gives great solutions to use at home for my daughter. 10/10 recommend for anyone with athletic injuries!

From our first visit at the office. The receptionist was very helpful and made the legal and insurance paperwork painless. When we met Mike, the therapist, he made me at ease and explained what our goal would be. After the start of therapy, my expectations were realized. Presently my hope is to get all of my functions back to normal. Keep up the good work.
