Select Physical Therapy - Kissimmee

I went to this location for a recurring episode of vertigo. They scheduled me with Rose (PT Vertigo specialist). I was so worried since I was going on a cruise the next day. They saw me immediately and it’s been over a year and I have not had a problem since she performed her magic.

Didn’t even try to help. We went for an appointment and she couldn’t be bothered. Probably for the best in the long run. Her demeanor was bad from the start.

Kimberly is very professional, straightforward, and does a great job! I would recommend her and Select Physical Therapy for your therapy needs!

Mrs. Patricia Beers, is an excellent physical therapist. Explain the exercises and observe that we execute them correctly. He is very professional and empathizes with patients. She is also bilingual, I feel very comfortable and the other therapists are excellent. Select Physical Therapy is an excellent physical therapy center.

Their attention to detail, coaching and encouragement are paramount in ensuring that my recovery goes as scheduled. Due to their diligence, I am confident that I will continue improving on my road to recovery. My therapist Dennis is an experienced, excellent therapist who explains and patiently answers any questions I have about my condition.

My experience as a patient has been a very satisfying one. My personal therapist has been Patricia Beers. She is a friendly, devoted and compassionate person who really cares about the well being of her patients. Other therapists have also helped me in my recovery. All of them have been positive, understanding and knowledgeable too.
I highly recommend this center because of its efficiency, organization, professionalism and friendly environment.

The very first day I entered a man walked out and said to me "Look, I came in here in a wheelchair and now I'm walking out. "

I've been learning how to walk again after breaking everything in my legs in a horrible car accident. I see improvements every single day ever since I started coming here. The physical therapists are absolutely incredible. I can't suggest this place enough. They always make it fun, hype you up, and make you feel comfortable. The therapists are like you're best friends. I'm now walking without help from a cane or walker. 5 stars aren't enough!

Patricia took time to understand the complexity of my issues and was very gentle and compassionate in her treatment. Her competence to start me off at the right level set me up for encouraging progress immediately

Everyone there is very nice. When I come for my appointment the environment is always welcoming. I get along well with my therapist that I looked forward to my sessions with her. The treatment I seen the staff give to their patients was friendly and feels like a safe place. No judgment, nothing. Everyone is welcoming and very professional. I would choose them again. So, I did this time for another health reason and they are helping me. Very pleased

Truth be told, most of the staff are lazy racist and very bitter, rude and arrogantly ignorant people! I’ve never met such a group of people that goes out of their way to talk bad about their clients. Therapist Kimberly is not only the worst therapist I have ever encountered. She is also one of the nastiest two faced, talk behind your back, derogatory name calling, non helpful, laziest person on the staff. If you want to seriously work on your rehabilitation, if you come here, and I advise that you don’t. Please stay away from this lazy therapist. She’s the absolute worst! And breaths nothing but lies every time she opens her mouth! Don’t trust her!

The staff lies about their records. Forging records and everything. Their so money hungry that they’ve almost wrecked my worker’s compensation case. Saying that I am canceling appointments, not showing up, or getting in late for my appointments. One time went as far as to say that I missed 6 straight sessions without communicating with the staff! Thank God that the only person with any integrity at this place is the receptionist Ms. Annessa! She is the only light in this place! Everyone else is conniving and self centered. Oh there’s one more person that is a Heaven send as well. Can remember her name right now but she always have something positive to tell me about life and how I can help improve my life as well as my therapy.

Kim, has to be one of the most professional understanding therapist that I have encountered. She has the ability to recognize my pain and situation without me having to say a word. The very first encounter she recognized my situation and that meant the world to me. She doesn't push me to the extreme because acknowledge the fact that it may cause my damage and I like it that way.

A great place. Very friendly people. Kim was a wonderful person to have for a phisical therapist. The best.

If you are a black person do NOT go here. The staff is racist. Although the therapist are great! However, when you’re just trying to get back to your regular routine no wants to deal with mistreatment. If you are a black american they will treat you less than. No one wants to deal with that especially when dealing with an injury. I tried to contact the manager about her staff. She didn’t even have the professionalism to call back. Only Hispanics and whites are welcome.

Anessa I guess is her name. Tremendously rude. I tried to reschedule an appointment for my workers comp since I had to see another doctor before and they took longer than I expected. Her attitude was off the roof I decided to look for another place instead. I’d rather be in pain than come here ever.
