Select Physical Therapy - South Tampa

I’m training for all four of the Publix Gasparilla Distance Classic races in late February. It’s a 15k and 5k on Saturday, and a half marathon and 8k on Sunday. I was out on a 15 mile run a few weeks ago, and pulled a hamstring pretty bad. I went from 15 mile runs to a quarter mile hobble, and was wondering if I would need to defer my races a year.

My wife recommended this PT place. I’ve been going for two weeks now. Tyler has been great. He did an assessment, and got me started right away on not only fixing my aches, but also in building targeted strength to prevent further injuries. I’m back to 15 mile runs, and feeling confident I can do well in my races.

Highly competent and specializing in balance and dizziness disorders, Kim came highly recommended by Dr. Bartels and several friends. Not knowing what to expect, I found her caring, knowledgeable and effective in my treatment. She gently challenged me to progress and manage my imbalance/vestibular neuritis. I would highly recommend her assuring all that you're in good hands!

Nick is very knowledgeable and a good communicator. He adapts the therapy based on my pain level and other feedback he gets from me. I’ve made strong progress in lessening my pain level, and improvement in my range of motion and flexibility. Highly recommend!

Select physical therapy is an excellent place for physical therapy for everyone and all of the staff are friendly and they go out there way in scheduling appointments and other questions and I highly recommend this place to anyone and Nan Morris is excellent.

Tyler E is a great physical therapist and very patient. Seems to be very knowledgeable and conscientious about his treatment methods. A very nice young man!

Fortunately I don't have a serious issue like many others that are in PT, that said Jacob Ober didn't make me feel like my recovery didn't matter because it wasn't something more serious. He is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. I can see how others are treated while at my own appointment and everyone gets top-notch treatment. Patience and kindness with lots of encouragement are always used while trying to get people back to feeling stronger. I know I certainly appreciate that. All of the staff there from the front desk to the therapists are fantastic!

I love the individual attention that the therapist give. They give 100% attention to each client. Everyone is so friendly that you don’t mind going to therapy.

The physical therapy here is awesome along with therapists knowledge and wonderful equipment. If you need therapy they can do an assessment to inssure your benefits.

Nicholas Russo, my physical therapist, is a graciously patient therapist and explains each step of the therapy. I am very happy with his care and would highly recommend him. The staff at Select Physical Therapy are all very cordial and polite.
