Have a working lock for your dingy. Crowded, many sucken derelict boat surround the dingy dock. There are manatees that swim in the dingy area as well as crocodiles that like to sun on the rocks near the dingy dock. Quick access to walk into Coconut grove to restaurants, some shopping for fresh food, 1.5 walk to west marine.
