Nice place but they don't give free play. If you lose $200 hundred dollars playing they will reimburse up to $200 hundred dollars.

Pretty bad experience. Arrived to find main parts of the pool and outdoor bar closed to a private party, outdoor show cancelled (or maybe restricted to the private party), no club open bc the day. Spent 1 hour here and 3 failed hours trying to get a refund. There was plenty of cigarettes in the outdoor pool sand and smell of smoke everywhere.

Nice, clean casino, very professional. There is always someone around to help you if Need also make you feel safe there with the amount of security they have.

Great hotel, nice service, everything at a really good level, I have great memories of this hotel, I recommend it!

This was one of the best trips I've ever made. Hard Rock rocks. Everything was perfect, staff is friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to my next trip back here!

Absolutely mind-blowing the extravaganza of styles and folks dressed to the 999s it was fantastic to see so many people feeling themselves and experiencing the highest desire for art fashion food wine and music.the Light Show was incredible and the beauty of the Hotel and the pools was amazing

I've been coming to this place for years and the service the restaurants everything inside is perfect and great, but tonight 10/17/2023 at 12: 45AM I was playing poker like every night my wife was tired I told her to call my driver so she can wait for me in the car, But this Valet parking at the guitar area a guy dressed with a red jacket with a pony tail knock on my drivers windows and very unprofessional way and disrespectful and utilizing a very offensive language in front of my wife told my driver to move out of the area and my car was parked perfectly fine for me hospitality has to be something important and the good service from the moment a customers walks in and walks out should be the best I suggest to check on your employees and get rid of this guy that makes this great place look bad.

Beautiful hotel & grounds.
The pools are beautiful & plenty of space.
I love the tropical plants & trees everywhere.
The music history & memorabilia throughout the indoor spaces are very cool & fun to see.
The architecture & art is very interesting.
Last time we stayed, we rented a cabana at the pool & I highly recommend for privacy & good food/drinks.
Good thing they have lots of running water & waterfalls at the pool with the very loud music & people.
The view of the skyline & pool from the room was beautiful.
It's also nice that they have lots of food options & the ballroom for shows. We saw the comedian named Bert.
The only thing I think they didn't get right & skimped out on are the paper thin walls. Every day & late at night I heard moaning, music, television & loud voices coming from rooms on both sides.
This is not for those who want a quiet getaway. There are loud people everywhere you go.
There is also cigarette smoking everywhere you go. I understand there is a small non smoking casino but you can not avoid cigarette smoke. It's nearly everywhere.
If you live a healthy lifestyle- you may not like it here.
There is also a good amount of marijuana smoke. I thought it was illegal in Florida? Marijuana smoke at the pool, outside in front of the hotel as well as the smoking area by the coffee shop.
Not a good idea to put the smoking area steps from children & people at the pool.
Overall it's a great experience if you get discounts or free rooms.

Everything was super clean, attentive staff. Great selection.
Not exactly cheap but absolutely worth the money. You have to see the casino.

Would give zero stars if I could. The Valet were discriminating and rude. I bought new car seat covers for my truck and they refused to park it. I spoke to the supervisor of the Valet and was rudely told "they could park it this one time but in the future I would have to remove them in order to Valet park". My family and I enjoyed going to the casino at least once a week and would always valet, gamble, and sometimes dine there. Now they have lost 3 customers. If we ever go back, we will never use the valet service again, and will not spend much money onsite.

I was there to play slots machines and I was pretty disapointed by the lack of variety of games. Very few machines from IGT, WMS. To push the "players club" they crop a part of the screen of the machine, it's annoying. No boutiques where you can really affort to buy something.

Very beautiful place, definitely worth the visit, all points deserve to be noted. I didn't stay at the hotel, I just visited the casino and had dinner at one of the restaurants with family and friends. I strongly recommend.

Incredible! It's like being in Las Vegas. Spectacular Casino Hotel. Super atmosphere. Very in. Variety of restaurants and lively bars with good music. Safety pin!

A must visit! Beautiful guitar shaped hotel. Rock and roll history throughout the casino. Great restaurants, shows, and a lot of places to shop. Best time to go by is on the second Saturday of every month when they have Supercar Saturdays

Just there for dinner & the light show @ 9pm. Was told by a local that the show was shorter (15mins) than usual (30mins), but it was quite entertaining to say the least. The audio that was being broadcast thru speakers was sub-par @ best for such a brilliant pc light display.

Hard Rock was a great time, came for a concert and stay for the casino and dinner. Great atmosphere, great time, and excellent time. Will definitely come back.

Our blackjack dealer Kendrick was great, fun, informative and helped new players learn the game. The dealer that switched him out was awful and incredibly unprofessional. He allowed a women to join the blackjack table that was on an ongoing phone call (she was trying to direct her friend to the table we were at, took at least five minutes.) he continued the game and allowed her to play while on a phone call. Four people were actively playing at this table and at one point this dealer completely stopped the game to let her finish her call, rather than telling her it’s against the rules to be on her phone at the table and to end the call or get up. I have never EVER seen a dealer allow someone to be on a phone call or on their phone PERIOD at an active table. He also allowed her to have her vape out at the table in a non smoking area, and once Kendrick stepped back in, this dealer was moved to the table next to us and said “only she is allowed to smoke at the table” he was so unprofessional, I’ve never seen a dealer act that way and completely violate basic casino rules. 0 out of 10 for him. Kendrick was great, please review your tapes to find your defiant employee - we were at the blackjack table by the Hard Rock Cafe tonight, 1-2am. AWFUL experience. Never ever had a dealer stop a game for someone at the table to finish a phone call before, UNACCEPTABLE!

All the cutlery in the restaurant was full of limescale. It wasn't dirt, even if it seemed like it at first glance. For the location and the prices of the menus, this gives the whole thing a bad aftertaste.

When I wanted to give the waiter $250 ($20 as a drink) instead of $230 as the bill was, he just said: that wasn't enough.

Well the casino atmosphere was cool and the water show at the fountain every 30 minutes was nice. Also the lighting show of the guitar building, for which you have to go to the top floor of the parking garage but you can enjoy the light show for free.
