Peisha was amazing at showing she truly cares about our pets! We could tell our new puppy Lily and adult dog Luna felt comfortable in her hands! Highly recommended!

I had to put my 15 y/o lab mix to sleep. They were amazingly caring and compassionate. They let me grieve and be with her until the end.

I have been taking my cat there twice for a UTI after running many test, expensive injections they have not fix my poor cat UTI (urinary track infection) she continues having same problem, and all they say it’s that I need to bring her again so they can continue charging me $$$$$ and not fixing such a simple condition. They are just about how much to charge people not really care about animals!

Deja is an excellent employee she is very friendly and courteous. She goes above and beyond for her clients and treated my baby as her own. I'm a repeat client for the life of my baby. Thanks again

They are not explaining all there procedures to you like taking your dog inside without you, that's like taking your kids to doctors and not going in the room with them. Really disrespectful over the phone and mananger leave you on hold so they don't have to talk to you. Time to find another vet, they have lost mu business after over 10 years.

I definitely do not recommend this vet to anyone! Especially now due to COVID-19. We waited over an hour after our scheduled appointment time to even be called. They don’t answer the phone most of the time and it’s like they don’t care to even tell you about your pet. Just hand them over and collect money. No sense of urgency at all! They need to schedule less pets if they cannot handle the appointments! Save yourself the head ache and pay a little more for way better service!

My Aussie was needing to be seen quickly, and they fit her into their schedule, when no one else would. She received quality treatment. I am thankful that they provide help for our furry family members at a cost that helps the budget.

This location is not fancy, and they are currently using Covid-prevention/safe procedures. It's difficult to send your pet in by themselves, but these are the times we live in. The staff is extremely understanding, efficient, and pleasant.

The Friendly and attentive staff were reassuring since it was my first time taking my cat to get a procedure done.

You are required to make an appointment unless you're going in to purchase items such as medicine for example. When you enter, you must sign in at the desk and weigh your pet on the scale. Staff are kind, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable and can't be beat! Good location with easy access on and off the East-West Expressway.

Scheduling appointments is easy, they had availability when I needed it. Prices are great and the staff are nice to you and your fur babies.

Very professional and courteous staff. My dog Nick had Advanced stages of cancer.unfortunately had to be euthanized. Jackie made a very difficult time easier to handle. A true professional.

I brought my dog Buddy in for a exam. He was having trouble walking and some other issues from being old. Rebecca was my tech and she was very gentle and loving to my pet. She was very detailed with me about everything and took her time to answer all my questions and concerns. Dr. Diaz was the doctor he was ok very fast and in and out.

I have been coming here for years and never had a problem, there ;ladies are very nice. The prices are amazing as well as the service. If you are thinking of changing this is the place.

Very professional, they have so much compassion and very good to my puppies and affordable.the did not kill me with the bill. And really care about my 3 babies. The only thing I did not like is that the Doctor did not spend time with us, no even 5 min, the nurses did all the Job. The fleas medicine are super over priced.

I was not happy with my current vet and my dog was very sick so I called the office and they got me right in. The staff was caring and although they were super busy I never felt neglected. I highly recommend going to any of their clinics. They are my new vet and am sure they will take great care of my baby. Prices are excellent.

Took my service dog here and paid $300.00 for lab work and was given meds for an infection, two weeks later my dog is still sick I went and got his medical records and went the Underhill animal hospital where Dr Cole read the medical report and xray from 408 pet hospital, and told me that rascal has cancer, please do not bring your beloved pets here. My fur baby is on his way to the rainbow bridge today.

Pros: lower prices than most (even tho they have gone up), close off 408, plenty of parking.
Cons: overall customer experience from the service and wait times is usually poor. & Recently prices have gone up.

Prices are great, but you hardly even get what you pay for. Took my stray, rescued cat in for an exam and the doctor had his eyes on her for less than one minute and then told me she was clear of the main illnesses. It was a pet assembly line. Turns out, my pet actually had worms. In addition, the waiting room is packed & is a terribly stressful environment for a pet. Unless you literally have no money, do not go there.

This place may be low cost, but they have such friendly staff and you can really tell they care about the animals. I’ve had great experiences both at this clinic, as well as the one in St. Cloud. They always get my pets in quickly, and it’s nice not leaving with an insanely high bill. Our last vet charged a visit fee just to get shots. It was a nice surprise to find that they don’t here.
