I visited the place 3 times, doing lower arms, the second time I’ve visited the place, I couldn’t make a session because I had an allergy, so the 3rd time i went, they tell me this is your 3rd session, when the second was never done. Then my gf made almost every part of the body, they never gave her a discount, she paid more than any other client, and the last two times, she had appointments and when she visited the place they said “ you don’t have any appointment today” (and she had proof of the appointment on the email. So basically the person who’s taking the appointments is not paying attention to what it’s doing) i feel scammed and I stopped going there because of all of this. They had tons of promotions on instagram and then they didn’t gave any to us, we paid full price on everything. New clients pay way less. Supposedly if you are a client who’s paying all the treatments, they should have at least a discount, but no…

I love semper! One of the best places to do laser at. They always have amazing deals and I’ve slowly but surely been lasering everything. Currently doing legs and bikini right now and it’s the best money I’ve ever spent. Every technician is great, but Patricia is my favorite! She makes you feel super comfy and minimizes the pain from the laser as much as she can. She’s the best!

The worst of the worst Service ever received. Not even in Hialeah you will get the terrible service I received here. They were Always givong me an excuse to cancel my appoinment like I got too much sun or I wasn't shaved. The craziest thing is that sometimes if someone would be the mood to shave you they would do it and wouldn't complain, other days they would just tell you go home. No results at all.

This is a HYPEd place and very overpriced. Very Disappointed!
