The staff I deal with is great really I only deal with one person. No room for growth although I'd run circles around the in house staff. Very unorganized no communication don't see myself lasting long as an employee. I'm just a number once I'm used up they will just replace me

I personally work for this company and I got to say all staff and the Home health care services we provide is spectacular and every way

They sent me girls with 0 experience in home health care. Had one call out sick and they had no backup to help me. After paying them close to $900.00 for a weeks care i haven't been able get a $ 350.00 refund due to me. Called them several times only to get the runaround. Terrible Company to try to deal with.

I'm a part-time employee and I have 2 great client's. We get along very well and the fact that they smile when I walk in the door makes the job rewarding.

Dishonest. Do not hire.
We told the person who came out that we only needed them for a certain amount of time.
We paid for that time with a check. Had to give a credit card to have on file. They charged the credit card for the time and took the check as a deposit. Now refuses to refund check so bottom line we paid double for their services. The lady who sat with my mother-in-law was caring and compassionate.
Think I am going to call 8 on your side.

I love the Schedulers and Management. As well as my wonderful clients. They are all very understanding of my medical situation as well as personal situation, and work very well with me. They are always there to guide me with very difficult situations.

I have worked for the company. Since march of 2020 and it is a very awesome company they are very understanding great people to work for

I really like working at senior helpers all the staff there are such nice people and also the clients are great i enjoy my job very much

Was hired for full time. Was promised full time hours only within 25 miles of my home. Only got if I was lucky 24 hours a week and they had me drive 55 miles to a client no mileage, and was not informed of client prior to arrival. Was performing tasks OUTSIDE scope of my job (was hired as a home health companion) and had to perform nursing assistant tasks (not a licensed cna btw). And for what? $10 an hour for a 3 hour shift for one client 18 miles away to a 2 hour client 50 miles away then 40 miles home that cost me over $24 in gas. So a 5 hour day at 50 bucks minus the 24 in gas I wound up with 26 bucks BEFORE taxes! I was lucky to walk away after taxes with $20 on my net pay. And they wondered why I quit? Come on!

They don't pay you for orientation which by the way was over 8 hours long with no break and want you to work a 12 hour shift after that!

RUN AWAY FRIM THIS PLACE!

I Love working for this company they have been very good about scheduling me with wonderful clients that I adore. I want to thank you for all the wonderful work you do. Thank you for being there for me when I need the staff. I appreciate you guys.

I work as a social worker at a health and rehab facility serviced by Senior Helpers. They are always available, quick to respond to requests for assistance, and very professional. I highly recommend them to those in need of such services.

The Aides, Jennifer Leath and Diana Southern, that we have gotten from Senoir Helpers are nothing short of Angels. They are wonderful! The support team at Senoir Helpers really listens and go out of its way to help in any way they can. I highly recommend them.

For services not contracted for and NOT provided. $255 taken from my 91 year old fathers account without invoice for 2 hours of care provided without my approval!

Gave one star because 0 is not allowed. My husband is a disabled veteran who is supposed to receive help every day with showers. This company is very unorganized. Almost every week he doesnt get care for a couple of days.
No call notifying him that someone is not coming. He has to call. Have talked to several managers and no resolution. Not a service to that a veteran deserves. Stay away from this company.

Great communication and notifications of scheduled senior helpers. Staff are neat and clean, use no vehement speech, have sobriety and are kind and courteous. Our regular senior helper is always prompt and on time, showing discipline. They have a previous history of hospital work in the medical field and offer expert advice in many situations. We really appreciate the Senior Helper service, it is the best thing that has ever happened to us in our situation of taking care of our loved one. Thank you so very much to the entire Senior Helper Organization.
