Señor Frog's, Orlando FL

One of the worst tourist traps in Orlando. Drinks are watered down and over priced. Food is barely edible. This place is runner up to On the Border as the worst Mexican restaurant in Florida.

You have to check this place out, one of my favs when we go to Orlando! Great food and entertainment!

The food was ok. Our server was nice, but it took a while to get our food. The roof was also leaking. The atmosphere is fun. There's karaoke, someone walking around making balloon hats, and crazy signs to read.

Upon entrance we were greeted by multiple employees.
I love the whole vibe of the restaurant.
They play a great music selection.
Food was good.
Service was excellent!
However, their prices are just too high! The price did not meet the value of the meals at all. 3 pastas, a cheese quesadilla and a burger came to $102! Soda was $3.75 each!

One star for heavy alcoholic drinks. Everything else sucked. Mandatory 15% tip for a party of 4. Pocketed my extra 5%.

Chips were stale and tasteless. Sauces we're horrible.

As a tourist, the ambience and atmosphere is great and lively HOWEVER, the food is absolutely disgusting. The soft tacos were ghastly bad with way too much cilantro. The drinks are overpriced as well. I would recommend only going to eat dessert or a "safe" appetizer. After 8pm the place is not kid friendly. They check ID after a certain time. Go for the good time and not the food. I wish they put more effort into the food.

My visit was wonderful! Went for a birthday party for a friend and enjoyed every second! Employees were polite and helpful, making the experience even better!

I asked the bathroom monitor to help me with something and she was painting her toes on the job very unprofessional and I got kicked out because of her behavior worst place ever

Great food, service and very clean. This is a great place to go with your family during the day. Once it hit night it's all about the adults. Dance battles, karaoke, a live band. It's a lot of fun. It's definitely a must see place.

Yesterday was our first time over there, the place is amazing BUT we had a terrible experience with the bartender, she didn’t explain me how was the promotion, even though I asked her, she just threw me the menus. When we were at our table and I intent to get my second margarita our waitress explain us the promo was only for one specific flavor (the bartender never explain me that) so I was not able to get the 2x1 in margaritas. I went to the bar to talk with the bar manager “Tracy” and she was even more rude, she just told me that the promo was on the website so I SHOULD know how it was, that she couldn’t do anything else, I told her that was not fair, cuz I asked to the bartender WHAT IS THE PROMO? Because y wanted to get it obviously, but she barely talk to me! This manager Tracy ask me then in a very offensive way if I wanted the margarita free? And I answer her that my intention was to get the 2x1 promo, so she just shut my mouth giving me a “free margarita “ and she told me I DONT WANT TO ARGUE, YOU WANT IT FREE, TAKE IT, but honestly she was really rude, that make me feel very bad, I was there celebrating my couple birthday, I just wanted to have a great time. I just can’t get how a manager can be like that? It means we as customer can be treated REALLY BAD by the staff and by the “manager”. Very disappointed of the customer service from those two in particular.

Not a complainer. But Senor Frogs on Idrive. AVOID! Entertainment tonight was great. Food was awful and they try to rip you off from the moment you walk through the door. From selling balloon hats to selling raffle tickets to a holiday if a lifetime in Cancun "for charity"!

Then the final nail in the coffin was a mandatory 18% gratuity for a service that was non existent. Then apologising for the gratuity because. "I've already put it in the bill"! Not happy on any level.

Do yourselves a favour people and avoid it! Walk up the road another 100 yards and go to Bahama Breeze.

Not to mention the bouncers in the door and the gangbanger security guard who thought we were leaving without paying! I just wasn't prepared to let my card out of sight in that place. Be warned!

The place smells like sour alchohol. The food is terrible bar food. Way to expensive for what you get. Don't go here for any reason.

The party begins after 11, they come out and give the adults a wristband and the restaurant becomes a nightclub.
