Señor Rita's Tequilería & Margarita Factory, Dunedin FL

Came here for lunch and our server Tanner was fantastic, super timely & attentive & friendly and made incredible suggestions. Couldn’t recommend this place more from the service, but it’s also the most adorably decorated spot in Dunedin and everything was immaculate!

Our server and bartender Tanner was absolutely amazing! Drinks and food were delicious and the roof top seating area is beautiful.

Wayyy overpriced! Service, Margaritas, chips and salsa were all great…. But that’s where it stops. Cost us $17 for two tacos that barely had any meat in them. The beans were terrible, not refried, just smoked pinto beans that left an ashtray taste in our mouth. I got the burrito, it wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible. The beef was just bland and the rice was just some bland yellow saffron rice. Just up the road at Carmalitas you can get much better food at half the price. Unfortunately, we won’t be cooking back here.

Absolutely atrocious service. Waited for 15minutes seated at the bar with 8 other people and not a single acknowledgement from the bartender who continued to serve those under 30yrs old only. Our entire party left with not one employee ever acknowledging anyone. I get busy, but any good server would speak, say they’ll be with you soon, something. These bartenders didn’t even look our way.

Previous experience had subpar food but was willing to give it a second chance. They blew it! Won’t be back.

The restaurant was at maybe 30% capacity, but there were terribly long waits for our drinks and then our food (I never received my burrito because it wasn't put in). The drinks were ok, but the food was mediocre at best.

The manager comped our bill, which while nice won't influence our family coming back or bringing out-of-town guests in.

Save your money but more importantly your TIME and go somewhere else.

Drinks are fantastic, the jumbo Margarita is by far the best. Good luck getting one though, service sucks. Can’t handle anything over 4 customers in the building at once

Had an amazing time here, lovely people helped us to our table. They start you off with delicious chips and fresh salsa. An extensive drink menu, I got the Ghost watermelon cucumber margarita and it was amazing! Delicious apps, delicious dinner, absolute 10/10 experience and will be coming back for more.

Impromptu drop in on a “Sunday Funday” and Tanner and Shae created a great highlight of the day. Great drinks, festive atmosphere and fun conversation. We’ll be back soon, Fo’ sho’!

I am leaving this review because I really hope this place can get better. The atmosphere is awesome, the location is awesome, but the food totally misses the mark. The chips and salsa are great but every meal I’ve had here is just flat out not good. The fajitas had 4 strips of chicken and they were just bland. The lobster tacos were bland. I had one other meal the first time I went and I can’t remember anything about it other than the fact that I felt it was totally over priced for the amount of actual protein I got, and it was again… bland. I am not trying to bash this place I just really hope they correct the food issue because it’s such a great atmosphere. The drinks taste great but they are all ice. The margaritas come in a big glass, they look great and taste great but it’s literally all ice. That’s all I have. Thanks for reading this.

Great service and atmosphere. Connor was our server and very knowledgeable of the food and beverage menu. Connor also gave us time to enjoy the ambiance without rushing us which was very impressive. I ordered the octopus and tamales. Octopus was very tender and delicious. Margaritas and Charcoal Old fashion were supreme. I highly recommend to anyone visiting or a local looking for amazing Mexican food. Parking is a pain but that’s Dunedin.

This is my second time coming back. I really love the margherita and supremo pizza here. The environment and atmosphere are also very good, very suitable for young people. The owners and bartender are friendly. As long as I have time, I will definitely come back!

Waitress on the roof couldn’t keep up. We had to ask to order a drink and food. She never asked if we wanted another drink and the food took about 45 minutes and was so-so! Won’t be back! Don’t waste your time.

I had such a great time! The food was amazing and Jake our server was phenomenal, we highly recommend him!

The food had no flavor at all, the rice was cooked, just the molcajete, just 4 shrimp, a few pieces of chicken and a few pieces of steak, the only good thing was the experiences.

Pork was totally raw in el pastor undercooked by hours. Birria was not cooked long enough and almost bland. Weak margaritas. Waiter and decor were only great thing. Put this down as a place for tourists.

Had chips and margaritas here last night. LOVED IT! Will definitely be coming back! Super cute atmosphere and VERY nice bartenders on the first floor. Roof was a little crowded but you could see why, looked awesome!
