Afroditi has been a huge help with my rental in thousand oaks. She has helped me get my house painted and large palm trees trimmed a few times. She also tried to address an issue with the garbage service. She has been very helpful and a pleasure to work with getting my issues addressed. Sentry Management is lucky to have her!
It is typically not the easiest to work with Management companies. My experience with Afroditi has been the opposite. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. My home í on a small pond and it's really hard to notice from a street. They been mowding the edges of the pond for awhile and then suddenly they not come any more. The grass was very high and I sent email to request a service and they come after 2 day cleaning up very nicely and professional. Thanks so much for help.
I live in an HOA which is "managed" by Sentry; I still am trying to ascertain what exactly it is that Sentry is supposed to be doing for our community other than sending mail. I didn't write the contract for services Sentry is supposed to render, but I cannot imagine why my HOA is paying this company because it doesn't enforce the restrictive covenants unless it receives notice from a homeowner in the neighborhood.
Then, I called to inquire about the assessment of a late fee, the phones were busy/off -the-hook (during business hours) for 42 minutes, so I emailed my HOA contact. I received an unprofessional reply from my HOA's contact wherein I was condescended to after being extremely professional and polite to her.
I called again and was able to speak with a live human, which is very nice in this day and age. While I didn't get the late fee assessment waived, at least the gentleman who handled my call and looked into my inquiry was professional and nice, and I thanked him for that.
Absolutely the cream of the crop employees that care about the residents and listen. So impressed bravo.
I had a question on how to make a payment and Sentry resolved my issue right away in a timely and friendly manner.
Sentry Management has been our managing our community for 20 years. It is great to have a homeowners management company we can count on. The grounds are well kept and landscaping is professionally done. Whenever I have concerns, I feel confident that out Community Manager, Afroditi Rodriguez, will have it addressed and respond quickly. They are a real plus for our community.
