Whenever we have contacted Sentry Management, Melanie Reyes or Kim Corradino have responded expeditiously with a positive attitude and helped resolve our concerns. An example is the recent need to get ARC Board Approval for our roof replacement due to hurricane damage. Melanie followed through to help us get it done ASAP. She was also diligent in keeping us informed of the progress until it was completed. We are GRATEFUL!

I want to recognize Lisa Moselle. She has been terrific in handling community issues. Communication is what I value and she is great at it. My two previous PM's were (I'll be nice). I gave up on Sentry and Lisa at first. But she proved me wrong. Sentry has a lot of work to do to put them in my good graces, but Lisa is one hell of a start. I hope she gets a little extra for Christmas this year.

I rarely call out individual performers in an organization; however, working with Serena Imperial at Sentry has been a true pleasure. Serena is quick to respond, she exhibits high levels of professionalism, and she is always willing to go the extra mile to find an answer when needed. She is an asset to the Sentry team and I hope that her efforts are recognized as such. She is a wonderful example of how property managers should carry themselves, represent their teams, and how to interact with their service partners to achieve common goals.

Nonexistent communication or action when you need assistance. Zero customer service.

Valerie Hoover is a ghost. Does not respond to emails or calls. Six weeks and nothing.

I previously tried to do a review, "my first time" and rated Sentry a 1. This was done in error and it had sent and there was no way to edit at that point. Many apologies. Sentry has been a wonderful company to deal with and the managers are extremely knowledgeable. The staff work together as a team and if someone is not available there is always someone willing to jump in and assist with my questions.

I had a question about our property and emailed our manager, Lisa, who responded promptly with the information needed. I appreciated her responsiveness and professionalism.

I have the pleasure of working with Kim Corradino at Sentry Management for their Hurricane Ian insurance claims. Kim has been an absolute joy to work with. She is very responsive and quick to get access to the property or supply the requested documentation needed to be able to complete the estimates necessary to provide to the association insurance carrier. Her commitment to the owners at the association is clearly shown by her availability to have calls or answer questions they have at any time. Having the patience and understanding during a crisis such as Hurricane Ian is a great quality to have as a property manager.
