We’ve had Sentry Management in our Community as long as I’ve been involved since 2009 at least they’re very responsive, very professional and honestly I can’t imagine using anybody else to assist us in effectively managing our community association
I have worked with many property managers and companies. Mike Rath with Sentry Management is one of the best I've worked with. He makes all communications with HOA boards seamless and all issues easy to resolve.

This company is the worst when it comes to customer service or anything at all. Call to get an answer to a basic question and they won't answer. Gates are either open or broken nearly half the time. We can't get ISPs that members want, it's who the board wants. How does one go about pushing to get rid of this garbage HOA?
The service our community has received from our CAM Michael Rath is the best so far. Michael has been extremely communicative. The reports he provides are informative and really show his thoroughness and dedication to his communities.
Sentry manages our community. Lori meets with the board once a month and keeps the meetings on task and on time. She also helps keep budget and gives ideas on how to improve and stay in compliance.
The four stars goes out to our CAM Lori Anderson. She personally deserves a 5+. But since this rating is for Sentry itself I’ll give it a 4. Without Lori, probably a 2. I can’t say much for the company itself because our HOA went through numerous CAMs with Sentry before getting Lori Anderson. All the others were terrible and I don’t know whether they were overworked, inexperienced or had no work ethic. If Lori ever left and went to another management company, our HOA would probably follow her. She’s the best!
Sentry Management is the worst HOA that I have ever encountered. My contact Holly Nichols doesn't want to do her job, ignores emails and basically just collecting a paycheck. Guess what Holly? When you ignore emails, there is a guarantee that I will be up there to see you in person. As long as I pay dues you are going to do your job
Sentry Management was immediately a big step up from our previous company, which ignored us whenever possible while still finding ways to charge us for nonsense. Lori Anderson is the best manager we have ever had. She is involved, she cares about our neighborhood and our HOA, and is extremely knowledgeable about the rules and nuances of managing an HOA. She is reliable, friendly, approachable, and treats our board and residents as humans and not just numbers on a paper. 5 stars!
Transitions always encounter some hurdles. Our change in management companies was also at the time the entire board had changed. Sentry Management, and more accurate, our CAM, Michael Rath, has helped to make these changes less burdensome. We have grown into a TEAM. It is a pleasure to know our CAM is always available and willing to help with any problem that arises.
My point of view regarding Sentry Management has changed for the best since Lori Anderson took over the management of the HOA at Quail Meadow. Lori is very knowledgeable, she is reliable and dependable, she gets things done. I’m very pleased with her performance and it’s been a pleasure working with her.

Definitely one of the worst property management companies you could possibly hire. It's easy to find faults with the staff, but when a company is this bad the problems are at the top with the owners and executive leaders. Couldn't be happier that my HOA finally fired them. PS - they have an integration with ClickPay to receive payments from owners. The fees are absurd and there's definitely a significant time lag between their system and ClickPay.
