Stopped in and Jessika was super helpful with foundation and skin care product recommendations. I've already used one of the products and I'm in love. She is amazing, will definitely come back to this location.

Daughter got a fantastic pallet of eyeshadow and a personal size fragrance. Had fun browsing before purchasing these finds! Staff attentive and helpful.

There's something in this store every girl or woman can't walk past without needing or wantingsomething. They literally have it ALL! Makeup, hair products, blowdryers, curling irons, flat irons, perfume, skin care, moisturizers and body products, gift sets, brushes and accessories and so much more. When I say makeup I mean they have anything referred to as makeup (lipstick, mascara, foundation, blush, lip gloss, eyes shadow, lip liner, eye liner and the thousands of other products they sell but I don't know the names since I only wear mascara and lip gloss). I absolutely love Sephora because it's so convenient to buy whatever I needed as well as whatever I may see like a high-end perfume I want. It's a one stop shop for me. Love love love SEPHORA

I went to this Sephora on 3/27 for an appointment my mom made. My mom made it as a surprise for my birthday so I was not involved in the scheduling. I arrived early (a few minutes after 4pm for a 4: 30 appointment). When I arrived, I learned I was scheduled for a personal shopper experience and not a make-up session (eyes only due to Covid). Clearly there was a miscommunication with scheduling. The issue is how the MANAGER Sylvana responded (my associate was pleasant and tried to get approval since the store was EMPTY and the make-up artist was not doing a single thing!).

The manager came over and she was everything short of accommodating. She was condescending and told me I needed 2 hours notice to make an appointment (I had an appointment, just the wrong kind as explained above). I explained to her I had a birthday dinner and my mom made the appointment as a surprise. You would think as a manager, she would make an exception given the circumstances. Nope.

I made a purchase (out of necessity) and as I’m leaving the store, she yells out to me “‘make an appointment next time”! Not thank for coming, sorry for the inconvenience, or any professional pleasantries.

Staff, especially managers should act in a manner that is reflective of your business model. If Sylvana is a representation of Sephora’s brand, I will never shop at this location or give my business to Sephora again.

I normally do not write reviews but this store deserves it. This is my first time coming to Sephora and it will definitely not be my last. The customer service I received was impeccable. I felt so welcomed and appreciated on 11/22/20 I went and their customer service was astonishing. I will definitely be coming back!

We love Sephora for the cleanliness and the service! Always welcoming and willing to help you to find what you are looking for. Super careful with Covid, they offer hand sanitizer as soon as you walk in. Fabulous!

I worked for Sephora for 7 years, so you can imagine my surprise when I asked for a 15 min eye look I was told no. Eyeliner and brows is all I requested for my mother. With eight employees standing around I was taken aback. Furthermore I was purchasing Kate Somerville skin care. Sephora do better/ you’re not the authority anymore.

I was tried various times to buy something but the staff is so rude an un respect, today with my shopping, I mentioned a promo code for a free samples and the lady in rude and sarcastic told me buy it online, I returned my purchase and walking to Chanel on neiman Marcus, nobody on the store, 6 people on the store nothing to do, is a slow place and the staff is horrible, bye Sephora, no more with me

On my first visit, my associate Jessika with a K was incredibly eager to help me. I came with 2 foundations on a list that I specifically wanted to try and then buy one. She talked me out of both and instead sold me something completely different, which I purchased. I was unsure, but she said in store if it's not great you can always very easily return it, which put my mind to ease and sealed the deal. It turns out that foundation was not great for me at all, but no biggie, I came back to exchange it like 2 days later. I was very happy to see that Jessika was there because she had been so nice the first time. Sadly though, she looked me right in the eye, then looked down and saw I had a Sephora bag in my hand and literally turned around and went and HID in the last aisle of the store and even DUCKED DOWN pretending like she was attending to something on the bottom shelf in the aisle. It was so obvious she was avoiding me. She had been so incredibly nice at my first visit, but now literally ran and hid from me. I was not expecting that at all, and from that moment on I felt completely unwelcome at Sephora. She did end up helping me, but only because I purposely went and found her hiding and then asked her for help. (For the record, after she initially ran, I did mull around the store for a bit thinking she or someone else would eventually help me, but that never happened, so I had to go find her hiding and ask for help.) I could absolutely tell that she was now being pretend/fake nice to me and begrudgingly helping me. I exchanged my foundation that she had initially talked me into for the foundation I originally had come in for, but this time I didn't try anything on (although I had wanted to try the color before exchanging it) but I didn't try because I was already too mortified that she had ran and hid from me. So I just selected the color that the Makeup Forever said was the match in the new formula to the color I used to wear in the old formula and exchanged my original purchase for that and got out of there because I just did not feel good about that visit. Sadly, when I got home, I found that the color match was way off despite Makeup Forever saying that was indeed the right color match to what I used to wear in the old formula. Now here I am with an EXCHANGE that I need to go back and exchange again and I was already completely mortified by my treatment on my first exchange that I absolutely DREADED going back now. Exchanging an exchange is already uncomfortable to me and had the mistakes been my own doing, I wouldn't even have considered it. But seeing that on my first visit, the associate didn't give me what I asked for (or even a sample of what I asked for so I would know the color doesn't work), and then was so annoyed with my audacity to come exchange something on my second visit, that she literally hid from me, and that I was then too embarrassed and uncomfortable to stay and try the color, I told myself to go back there and exchange my Makeup Forever for the proper color. Unfortunately though, I really was so embarrassed by the way the Sephora associate treated me like a pariah for needing to make a simple exchange, I absolutely DREADED going back for another exchange, and so I procrastinated until it was just too late to do an exchange and literally ate that $45 dollar foundation mistake rather than go back there and risk being treated that way again. And I honestly don't have an extra $45 to spare, it was just that mortifying. So now I have a brand new foundation that I'll never use and I'll be finding another store that carries Makeup Forever and go there and just buy the right color outright. I don't think I'll ever be visiting a Sephora again. This was at the Galleria Sephora in Fort Lauderdale, but I later received a survey request from Sephora about that visit and I replied with this same story and it's been 3 weeks since then, and the Sephora survey people never even bothered to respond to me. So in general, it's an understatement to say that the Sephora customer service is a huge fail for me.

My make up artist was 30 mins late to my appointment, because she was having lunch! Do they not plan lunches around working? The Customer Service here sucks balls! Plus it made ME late for dinner!

I hate it! I spend 400.00 and they even don’t ask me if I want samples or the point service.was my first time in a Sephora store.nobody help me. I don’t even know what to buy:/. I had to go to youtube see tutorial and them try to choose what I need! Bad bad so bad

I think the only people who smile in this location is the people who great you at the door but the whole staff otherwise is complete jerks not even I don’t even know what to call them there so cruel in there they don’t help they just have attitude problems (I’m not against gays) but there’s a gay guy who works here my god he acts like he has PMS. He’s so stuck up can’t help or be useful there is no reason for this mall to have Sephora they give Sephora a bad name if every store was like this one

I love that Sephora keeps the prices uniform across the stores. Great lip stains. Service was good, no one pesters you at this store.

Have visit a lot og Sephora and never have i been so dissapointed! Even the Sephora on Time Square in New York has more friendly sales assistent and were much more competend! They did NOT know what they were doing in the Galleria mall!

It is disapointment to go to a Sephora store at gallería mall in Fort LAuderdale and realize that they have they worst makeup attendance in the world, they would not help me at all, i felt they were making me a favor. Worst experience Ever.

Went in to get some of my must haves as well as get recommendations on skin care products. None of the employees greeted me the entire time even though I was the only one in there, and when I decided to ask for help, the employees were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to me. The middle aged woman with brown hair was especially rude when checking me out.

I come here with my wife occasionally and any time she's needs assistance there is always someone to help her. It seems they always have what she's looking for too.

A great place for "girlie girls. " My daughter and I always have such fun when we have some time to kill at the mall. They have more colors, shades and scents than anywhere else around. There are plenty of "throw-away" application tools, so you can try all sorts of cosmetics. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

I called the day before to tell them what I was looking for, I was looking for natural type look, I ended up spending $50 for something that didn't even match my dress that I was supposed to wear to my dance. The lady who did my makeup was extremely nice, but was clearly not told what I was looking for
