Cosmetics Store SEPHORA reviews
10Sephora The Falls. The store is great and I love Sephora but I made a makeup appointment this last Saturday and I was very disappointed. The lady didn’t know what she was doing. It was terrible I had to redo my make up in the car. What a waste of money. She definitely needs more practice. The store should not have someone like that and offer the service.
My recent encounter with the manager at Sephora left me deeply dissatisfied. She displayed a rude and confrontational attitude throughout my visit, combined with a poor affect, terrible body language, and an uninviting tone. Customer service should be a welcoming experience, but her behavior was the opposite, making it an unpleasant trip to the store.
I received extremely poor service and attitude from this store and specifically, Nikki Rojas this manager. The management made no efforts to make this right. As a long time Sephora customer, I will not be shopping here again.
Great services, everything I planned on buying was there. As I was walking around I saw employees helping out other customers! Overall great experience
I don’t shop at Sephora often… however when I do come it’s the same. The employees will hound you while you shop. Asking if you need help with anything is always appreciated… asking 4-5 times is annoying. If you look a certain way they will follow you around the store. I kinda watched while others shopped, The employees were not as helpful to the other patrons as they were to me … absolutely not. It’s not just helpful at this this point- it’s racial profiling. I made my purchase and as I was leaving - the cashier used a code word on the walkie-talkie and followed me out. Shop online and save yourself the uncomfortable treatment.
The lady who works there doesn't treat people well, she doesn't look at your face, she's very bad, they should take her out, her nails are longer than a horror movie, I think she's the manager, she's very rude
Jenny, the Store Manager, provided exceptional services. She was knowledgeable and extremely patient while assisting my mother and I with selecting foundation and recommending skin care products. Thank you, Jenny. We are very pleased
Disappointed with this Sephora, the Dior saleswoman made me feel really bad because she told me not to uncover the products, I told her to uncover it because I'm going to take it and her response was that until I paid for it I couldn't open it, my reaction was then I don't wear anything.
Loved my visit with Maria! She was so sweet and knowledgeable! I just had a bad experience at another Sephora location and I will be sticking to this location!
Maria the associate is extremely rude and ill mannered. I was applying a cream onto my face when she angrily harassed my mother and I to use an applicator that was not available to us at the Brand we were looking at particularly. I am new to skin care and was not aware of this policy, someone with an attitude like this should not be working with people, especially at a company like Sephora that empowers their customers and wants everyone to feel their best. On top of that, had I bought the cream and she had actually assisted me as she is supposed do instead of scolding me she could have gotten a cut from my purchase. She made me feel really bad about myself and dumb, as if everyone knows this except me. After speaking with Jenny, the manager. She was very polite and professional. She apologized on Marias Behalf since she failed to do so. I’ve filed a complaint with corporate and look forward to seeing where this goes.
