16I love visiting this location when I'm in Miami. I get samples, I get to test products on the spot and the makeup artists on hand are always eager to assist. I had the opportunity to get a makeover. I was matched perfectly feom primer to foundation to blush! Some of the products were a bit high end, butt I travel a lot and I'm looking for longevity! This is a Really happy place
Unfortunately we went to try out the Colour iQ shade matching service to buy foundation and were informed by one of the associates that the scanner was stored and would be brought shortly, 25 minutes past and the associate keep on trying to match the skin tone and no scanner. We left disappointed and will try again at another Sephora.
The employees here are so pushy when it comes to applying for a store credir card and they keep on acting like that until you give in and apply for it
Sephora never disappoints! They always have Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin available.
The people there is friendly and very helpful.
It might be pricier than other places but I guess you get what you’re paying for.
My experience was not good, I cannot understand that with a card that they gave me with a refund of my money! I can't buy a gif for my friend, I can't give her all the money there is because it's a lot, and I'm not going to buy one with a balance. I don't understand it, nor that they didn't look for a way to help. They just limited themselves to saying that the policy said so. It's a shame that I was in a hurry and I couldn't ask him to show me what I have left, I'm going to spend it in any other store except that one.
I love the store although many employees are not paying attention to the public because they are talking. But the store in general is excellent
Always out of stock, barely any employees to help out. Do not bother w this location order on line. This is why physical stores r being replaced w online stores. Poor management. Will not return.
My experience is always the best. The entire team is excellent but I must say that Sandra undoubtedly deserves to be recognized for her excellent treatment and service. They make one come back again to buy here. Thankssss
I went to this Sephora store and was super pleased as always! The attention of the staff at the boxes and the girls who help you in the store was excellent! A girl named Rebecca took care of me and she advised me and helped me with everything I needed! Super happy
Out of all the yrs i have been coming to this sephora there has only been one or two workers who have really took the time to help me with my makeup products and one of them being Sabrina. She is so kind and actually listens to you and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. First time I have found the perfect foundation for my skin and I am so excited to wear it on my wedding day! Thank you!
Only women will understand, it took me more than an hour to find what they asked me to do, you have to have a master's degree in makeup hahaha but there was, quite an achievement, the advisors were mostly Spanish-speaking Great service

All women, young and old, love going to Sephora. They find what they need. I go for my granddaughter who is 14 years old.
I wish this store had a little more room to move around- but that's probably just my anxiety talking. The people who work there are nice. Idk if it's just this Sephora or not but I remember Sephora would have samples- wish they should bring that back! Discovered many products through samples.
Little stock, the attention was lousy and they didn't even have a gift sample and I bought 450 USD
I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service and expertise I received from one of your employees, Bree. I visited the store over the weekend and was immediately greeted Bree. Her warm demeanor and eagerness to help me with my beauty concerns made all the difference during my visit. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to listen to my needs and preferences. She effectively matched me with products that would address my concerns while still being mindful of my preferences. She was patient with me throughout the whole visit, teaching me new beauty tips and tricks while giving me the space to explore and discover new products. You could tell she has a passion for her job, her enthusiasm made me trust her recommendations and I ended up buying far more than I planned. However, I have zero regrets about it because I'm now in love with the products I purchased. I want to say thank you for making my visit to Sephora such a wonderful experience. I'll be sure to tell all my friends and family about it.
