They had this produc with $5 price and It was more than one product, they didn't give me the product in that price.the cashier wasn't helpful with this matter.

Large store, loads of employees, very little product. I went in looking for 5 specific items and 4 were sold out. It's better to shop online.

So where do I begin? The store is FULL of employees. Double the amount of customers yet you cant find anyone to help you. They offer help; then when you ask they dint know anything. Lol. So I was always drawn to buy at Sephora because of the service.
They didnt even know where the brands were located.
Oh sorry we just moved the store around I dont know where it is.
Looking at Jimmy Choo perfumes; which one is this one I asked. She said I dont know. Maybe this one.
I could have spent over $400 bit left my concealer only. No knowledge on product, placement of products or benefits. So I guess online shopping or Ulta.

My fav sephora in Miami they help you with anything and take their lovely time especially Marleyns she was too sweet highly recommend her when you are there.

How can you have a pleasant experience shopping when one of there employees are constantly staring at you to see if you are shoplifting. It makes you feel very uncomfortable and not want to spend your hard earned money at all. And half the time when you do have a question they are not familiar with the product at all. The profiling at Sephora is truly out of hand and something needs to be done. I get that shoplifting is a thing but find a better way to be discreet. And it's not just the Dadeland location. I've noticed it in several sonit must be in training. Do better Sephora: (

Excellent experience at that point of the Dadeland Mall. Ximena is on another level… super attentive and willing to make you feel comfortable. His vibe is really warm. Thank you Ximena for your help. Mileidi also helped us and it was clear how an integrated team. The fragrances you recommended are already on the list for purchase.

Another person who stands out in the store is Luis from Charlotte Tilbury. Professional, friendly and with an exceptional level of knowledge.

My experience with Sephora at Dadeland Mall:
First, huge thanks to Mandy for guiding me with your Sephora’s experts on each area so I can obtain the best make up and skin care on my few trips. Mandy, you were so patient, charismatic, funny; thank you for taking care of me as a family member.
Alejandro, despite I went too late to the store you were extremely patient, cooperative and enthusiastic trying the best foundations to match my skin color. Thanks a lot for taking the time and guiding me through the best brands.
Yoly, you are the sweetest, warm, and caring and so knowledgeable with the skin care. Thank you so much for guiding me with a new skin care routine. After a week and a half I am extremely happy with my “Sunday Riley” routine. My skin is glowing and getting so clear. I am in love with the products.
Sandra and Marlenys thank you for showing me the best benefits that I can obtain in Sephora.
All of you guys, thanks a lot for sharing all your knowledge and being so patient, you are a great team. I am extremely happy with my new makeup. Hope to see you soon! My new Sephora store despite I live 24miles away.

The shopping experience at this Sephora is awful. The music is so loud it’s difficult to hold a conversation even on the phone. The line is always long at the check out. Finally - the customer service is awful. I had someone check me out yesterday, I asked for my birthday gift two twines because she wasn’t listening to me at all. When I asked her to use my points to take off the $10 she also didn’t listen and just checked me out as usual. The service is so bad I’m returning my product and purchasing at Ulta.

Hello,
i am a tourist and i unfortunately bought a lot of make up in this store, the cashier was very unfriendly, she didn't even look at me, when i asked her a question about make up she looks mad at me and said next customer!? She was so horrible i wanted to exchange everything but i did not, she was very angry and rude.i advise everyone not to buy anything here she was very very rude i have the date and time when i bought it, 20th of june about six o clock, maybe you can give her a customer service course, but because of her i will never go to this Sephora store again, the rest of the staf is only watching people with also an attitude.but reading the reviews i see that no one is taking any actions because the staff is still rude!

This Review is mainly for the Makeup Artist Lindsey! This review is not for the shopping experience as I didn't go there to primarily shop products:

I was greeted upon entering the store. I had a makeup appointment and they quickly seated me in their beauty studio. I waited a short couple of minutes as I was early for my appointment and was greeting by my makeup artist, Lindsey. I was having my makeup done for my wedding. We discussed briefly my vision and the preferred "wedding glow" look I was going for. Lindsey quickly got to work and was extremely easy to chat with while she worked. She was very meticulous and made a point of asking and verifying with me different shades before using them (i.e, blushes, eye shadow pallets, lipstick). Lindsey was also very knowledgeable on products when I asked questions. HUGE shout out to her for making my brow's look amazing! By the time she was finished I was absolutely shocked at how well she did my makeup and how gorgeous I looked. Lindsey was also a gem and quickly zipped around the store to pick up travel sized duplicates of what ever she used on my face for mascara, blush, and lipstick, along with a couple other goodies to be able to touch up my makeup throughout the rest of the day for my wedding. My appointment was for 11: 15AM and my wedding didn't start until 5PM. My makeup stayed put all the way until midnight when I finally took a shower that evening. My makeup lasted through the kisses, hugs, and sweat (from dancing) during the reception all night long! Overall, my experience was top notch with her! I HIGHLY recommend Lindsey as she's an amazing makeup artist and wonderful young woman who made me feel even more special on my wedding day!

I wish I would have asked her if she had a makeup Instagram account that I could follow as I believe she she will be very successful in her future as an artist!

Please run, do not walk! 1 Go to ANY other Sephora, besides this one! I know they offer some of then luxury brands that some other stores do not have but do yourself favor and pass on this horrible store. All of the employees there are just rude! So unprofessional and on top of that they do not speak English! I mean really, isn't Sephora in the U. S. And let's not start with the wanna be police officer/ security officer they have standing in the front of the store. Ugh, he follows everyone around, such harassment, and makes you feel so uncomfortable. He's probably the one stealing being so paranoid!
Bad energy at this store!

I was visiting the US and it was first time in this Sephora and was very disappointed with this sales representative
I was just walking around and minding my own business
This employee comes up to me and goes you should checkout our First Aid Beauty section for your acne
First of all I have anxiety and even though being insecure about my skin, I’m happy and comfortable with it.
First of all do not give unnecessary advice when not needed you never know what that person is going through
That was very rude and mean.
I wish I could give zero stars
Negative, horrible experience. Provide assistance only when requested
I didn’t intend on getting unsolicited advice and opinions

Great products but the worst customer service EVER! I went in to purchase a couple of bottles of curling cream. I asked the sales representative to see if there was any Amika Curl Corps. All she said was "We don't have". She didn't attempt to recommend anything else or look in stock. After looking around for an alternative, I asked her if she had the Curl Defining Cream from Moroccanoil and she told me she couldn't open the drawer because it was damaged. Okay, great, do you have any in stock? Can someone else help us open it?

This woman just left and dismissed anything I would ask. She was beyond rude with the worse service. I ended up leaving and taking my money somewhere else.

Who ever is the manager of this location should really take a good look at the service these sales reps are providing!
