Rosalie at the desk, is a rude, ignorant witch, rude to clients, rude on the phone, does NOT get messages through to the psychiatrists, what is she even there for? Very unprofessional, with her nasal self! Does not need to be working at a place like this at all, not good with the regular public how is she supposed to be good with the mental health in public.mmget rid of her!

After almost 3 years of working at Sequel Cares I was given notice that my contract would be ending, sadly I will miss my patients, yet they will be among many professionals that remain,

If you care about children and adults and ethics, counseling are your priority do not work here. Supervisor K B. Has her favorites and if she does not like you will intimidate and degrade you. Leadership is lacking respect of hard working therapists for minimal pay. Bottom line with this company is not quality of care for patients it is clear make money for the company.

I had to go here for a medication for problems with depression and anxiety.the person who prescribed the medicine believed that i should switch to a different medication without tapering me off.about 3-4 days after, i started suffering from withdrawal.here i am, hysterically crying.my head is pounding, i fell on my dresser from dizziness, the shakiness in my body is unbearable.i had to go to emergency at 9: 00 PM because i couldn’t stand another day of being like this.it’s great to know that i am a high school student who will fail and have to do summer school because i will be absent from the pain.who knows how long i won’t be in school.by the way, there is no point to try calling the office, because they will get back to you next month.
