I came here for a sale to get my pandora bracelet and as I was at the register waiting with my mom the workers were secretly talking bad about me making fun of my side profile saying “his side profile though” and making more fun of me thinking I wouldn’t hear with my mom. The attitude of these workers. I can’t deal with people like those who think talking bad about their customers when one of the workers has the ugly eyeliner and her makeup looks very cakey please get some elf primer if your gonna say something about my side profile! And also one of them talking bad too is the one who looks like the real lady glitter sparkles from trolls learn how to work better and be nice since the only business that is booming is your little pandora shop other then the “Serendipity” and coconut point pandora is better then you

Came and bought a bracelet for my wife amazing experience! Employees very fast and open a variety of options towards you. Will recommend to walk in and explore their variety of jewelry.

This place is awesome! Really respectful employees and charms and bracelets variety are nice.

** BEWARE** I purchased a #Pandora bracelet and 3 charms from this store in mid-September. I was told the bracelet and charms had a 1-year warranty, all I needed was my receipt. This was a gift to my granddaughter for her 16th birthday, so they gave me a gift receipt also which I passed on to my granddaughter. The bracelet broke, when I took the bracelet back I was told by the manager that they had met their quota for repair or replacement from Pandora. I’m trying to wrap my head around this “quota” as the warranty is one year and it’s only been 2 months since I purchase? The manager suggested I drive to the #Pandora store and have them replace it. Well, I drove to the Mercado #Pandora and the staff and manager there were amazing. I was told there is no such thing as a “quota” from Pandora and that this store (Serendipity) will be CLOSING in two months. After I left the Pandora store at Mercado, I called the manager at Serendipity again and she told me she would exchange bracelet. I told her she was lying about the quota and her store will be closing in 2 months. So, if you are purchasing anything from this store don’t expect to get customer service or warranty since they will GONE in 2 months.

I came in here with my sister to pick out a gift for my girlfriend, they gave us many options and helped us out.

I love the coastland center location! I’ve gone to the coconut and the mercato locations and never received the same customer service. All the girls there make sure I was attended to 24/7, always made sure I was finding everything okay. I’ve been coming to this location for YEARS and will never go anywhere else. Every time I’m there I end up leaving with way more than I intended on buying.

They were incredibly patient with me deciding and very helpful. Highly recommend to go see the jewelry there. Great Employees to help you there!

I went to serendipity and bought a ring and I ended up going back the same day to exchange the ring for a different one because I was indecisive I got the same lady both times and she was extremely patient with me, answered all my questions. Overall she gave me the best experience and I will come back soon during Black Friday.

I absolutely love this store! They have a variety of brands, I will be coming back for Black Friday sales.

I’m usually a customer of this store at the coastland mall, this was my last time here. They sold me a used ring. When we came to exchange it bc the size was a problem they told us that’s it was used. I’m definitely spending my money in other locations as how unprofessional the manager Fernanda is. She’s incapable of resolving an issue or try and make the customer feel that there’s a solution. Her employee Yulissa, was laughing when I was speaking to the manager.when I asked why she was laughing her answer was “She’s 16 years old” clearly shouldn’t be working there if you can’t keep it professional. I had to ask her what is the solution and she gave me a number for corporate where they in 5 minutes helped me with the issue. Don’t reccomend! Make the drive to Mercato!

My wife and daughter came in to get permanent jewelry and they absolutely love it! Great idea and staff was amazing:) Definitely recommend.

Went to get the ‘permanent’ jewelry with my mom and worked with Maria, she was fantastic! I had my very curious 4 yr old with us and Maria was so kind and patient with her wanting to be involved. Great experience.
