1st Impression was great. Front office ladies, work together. The Waiting area a little tight space for CoVid19 distancing, but managable with calling patients back with little to no wait time. My Hygienist (Diana) has been great. I appreciate her attention to detail. Very informative.

Highly recommend serene dental for your cleanings, fillings and crowns to be done. They are patient and gentle when it comes to your teeth. Dr. Maniar is great! Super specific on the things that need to be done. I will always go to him to work on my teeth! Thank you for a great experience

I had used Serene Dental for several years up until very recently. I initially found them because they were close to my home, but I was so satisfied with their work that I continued to make the extra drive for about 3 years after I moved to another side of town because I had trusted their work. They used to be excellent with the dentists I would see, but there has been a lot of turnaround for their dentists which has declined in quality of service and I have had 4-5 different dentists over the course of the past 8 years or so. Most recently, I had gone to see Dr. Westres for the first time after my previous dentist had left. This is the last time I have gone to Serene and have since had to find another dentist to fix the work he had done.

In my last visit, I needed to have a filling repaired after one had fallen out since it had been completed several years ago. For my first time seeing Dr. Westres, he was very rough in his work and did a poor job of re-doing the filling. He had hit the back of my front tooth with the mirror while examining my back tooth, was rough in doing the work, and while he was finishing up he bragged about the speed of his work to the hygienist by saying he "got through 2 root canals and a filling in 45 minutes. " I found it unprofessional to brad about the speed and in my personal experience, it was poor quality and he had bonded the filling wrong while rushing through the work.

I had pain in the tooth for several days afterwards and had to get it checked again. Since he was so rough, I found a new dentist to fix the filling because I didn't trust Dr. Westres to do it again and that was the last time I'd ever go back to Serene. I had to pay for the re-do of the work completely since insurance wouldn't cover work for the same tooth so close together and even tried to file a grievance with insurance, but in doing so I was told they couldn't do anything because Dr. Marc Anderson was listed as the provider who did the work and Dr. Westres wasn't in their network even though I've never even met Dr. Anderson in all of my years in going.

I won't give 1 star because Serene used to be my go-to dentist, but they are no longer the same quality that I had been so used to in the past and can no longer recommend them.

I have never been a fan of dentists, though necessary. This has been a pleasant experience. 2019 I have accomplished 2 cleanings & a whitening so far. Not only do they make your smile brighter but they’re very informative. Everyone I have had work on me has been very nice and compassionate. I’m a happy customer.

I love Serene Dental. I've been going here for 3-4 years now, and they know me. Tatyana is my hygienist, and she is so kind. Everyone is so kind and fun. They know how to balance relationship and empathy with professionalism and firm correction. (I'm always reminded that I need to floss.) They care about their clients. I've had to change my insurance a couple of times over the years, but I always make sure that I can come back here. Serene Dental makes going to the dentist a pleasure.

This office has been very great to me. The front staff is the best and very nice. The staff have always worked with me with scheduling and payment. They have provided me with good dental exams and maintenance appointments. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This place is the best dental place I’ve been to. I went to multiple places before finding Serene dental and the staff is fenomenal. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. Never had that in my old dentist office. DR. Miranda is very gentle and caring to his patients needs and I’m very happy with everything. I definitely recommend going here for dental work and the girls up front always smile when you walk in.

Today was my third time here and I have to say I am happy that I switched my dentist. I had a crown done here and it feels like my real tooth and today I had my cleaning and I am satisfied with it. The staff is awesome and I would hands down recommend them.

This is the most beautiful dental center, with a wonderful staff. Front desk is always very friendly with smiles on their faces every time you walk in the door!

Don’t be fooled by the reviews like i was. I went there to get a cleaning done. They did the exam and she knew i had no insurance and they said i needed deep cleaning and three crowns! I told her i need only cleaning to get my Invisalign to be taken off by my orthodontist, she said it’s not going to do me any good. Anyways i said ok let me think about it since deep cleaning is 500$! And all she cared about was selling me the deal they have to pay 179$ each year. They charged me 50$ for the exam! And it’s 90 something for the cleaning anyways! When i said why she said you got a full exam! Forget about the 50$ because all they care about is money. The next day i asked them to send me my xrays (that i paid for) she sent me one i called three times and she kept making excuses and she sounded not happy with me seeing other dr.
The other dr said i don’t even need deep cleaning and the fillings are ok no need for a crown! So keep your money in your pocket and avoid these greedy people.

The best dentist in Orlando. The staff makes me feel right at home like we are family. If you need anything you can count on the ladies in the front desk they are amazing.
