Serenity Garden Tea House, West Palm Beach FL

Everything was amazing. The owner was gracious even with us being late. We celebrated my elderly mother in law's bday and everything was so full of grace. I did not feel like I was in Florida in the 2020s. The ambience projected me to a calmer time in life. We will definitely go back to try the full lunch menu.

Treated myself to pre-birthday high tea here on June 17th. It's a cute quint place, a converted old house with cute antique furnishings. It was a full house when I went, and there is no central air so it was HOT inside. There was one fan in the room that felt like it blowing hot air, and the staff was accommodating trying to move the fan around. All that aside, I made the most of the visit and the owner was very nice to gift me blooming tea at the end.

I would come here every now and then for their high tea and when I got engaged I knew I had to have my bridal shower here. So I did! It was the perfect location; the place is so beautifully decorated (barely had to do any decorating aside from some banners and signs), the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top notch! Audrey was also very responsive, answered every question I had, and the whole day ran very smoothly thanks to her and her friendly staff. I couldn’t imagine having my bridal shower anywhere else! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone wanting an intimate private event, or even just a nice afternoon out enjoying a fine selection of teas and some yummy food. My wife and I had a dreamy time here for our anniversary. We made a reservation for a high tea and asked to be seated outdoors. The large parasol and fan helped keep us comfortable while we enjoyed some delightful tea and a beautiful arrangement of food and desserts. The staff were friendly, attentive, and created a relaxing atmosphere for us to feel pampered. Can’t wait to go back!

Very cute and quaint. If you liked having tea parties as a child, this is the place for you as an adult. The food, tea, staff, service and atmosphere is wonderful! You definitely need a reservation.

Such a cute place, came here for my daughter's birthday. Great selections of teas. Scones are delicious nice and warm, great soup and finger sandwiches.

I had a very bad experience. I had ordered a high tea for three after being discharged from the hospital after major surgery. I was unable to attend a wedding where there would have been a high tea and ordered this high tea to celebrate with them from home. Very disappointed in our high tea. The food was disgusting, the scones crumbled and were burnt, the sandwiches were tasteless, and the cakes were tiny and nobody knew what they were. The soup looked like pink water and the clotted cream was like cement. I would never recommend this place ever again. I want my money back! I have to give one star because it won't let me give 0, unfortunately. I would rather go to Publix and order food from them. Whatever was on the plate, tasted the same. Very, very, very disappointed.

Honestly the worst customer service experience in my life.
The owner, OWNER, was so rude.
I have a lot of food restrictions due to medical problems so I had to ask questions regarding ingredients in the menu items.
The owner was so impatient and LASHED OUT at me, cutting me off saying "Can you just tell me what you want? "
So when I ordered she immediately turned away from me, cut me off again and tried to quickly get my friends order as fast as she could.
She tried to half apologize and say, "Sorry, I'm tied up" and "I also have a party I have to take care of"
I don't think I have ever been so disrespected by a cafe OWNER. I'm here to pay for service.
You can't value one customer over another. If you're short on staff, hire more people.
I will NEVER be coming back again.

Big thank you to Audrey and staff for making my daughter”s bridal shower so special. I highly recommend Serenity Gardens as a venue for their excellent food, atmosphere, and warm spirit. Especially delish are the scones, soup and quiche. I will be making this a frequent go to for lunch with friends and looking forward to trying other menu items and the many teas on offer.

Love this place! So nice to just sit and relax with a friend, drinking tea and eating delicious food. The decor is so quaint and it was an all around relaxing atmosphere. We really can't wait to go back! Thank you again!

Terrible, terrible customer service, and by the owner of all people. Incredibly disrespectful. Fellow customers, please take heed of this warning: you will be happier going elsewhere for your morning/afternoon.

Food and atmosphere are great. Parking can be a problem because! Lot is small and need to park on the street. Can be a problem if you have trouble walking.
